Once you are booked, we will collect some information from you about your wheelchair and any other device you may be traveling with. We also require you to be able to get on and off the coach and participate in the seat rotation on the coach.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
