  I would be a solo traveler how do you accommodate a solo traveler on this tour? I am assuming the tour price is the same regardless of solo travelling or not??. Also how much time is recommended in Berlin before the tour begins, a day, 2 days to be on the safe side? Do you organize visas?

    On our trips, rooming is organised on a twin-share basis. Solo travellers are paired with another traveller of the same gender, based on the gender marker on each traveller's passport. A single supplement is not available on this trip, so the tour price remains the same for solo travellers.
    
    The amount of time you spend in Berlin before the tour begins is entirely your preference. However, we recommend arriving with enough time to settle in and, most importantly, attend the welcome meeting, as this is an important part of the trip.
    
    We do not arrange visas. You are responsible for obtaining any relevant visas and travel documentation required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region visited on your trip. We recommend checking the visa requirements for your nationality as soon as you have booked your trip, to allow sufficient time for your documents to be prepared and your application to be processed. You can check the entry requirements through your government's foreign travel advisories or the relevant consular website.

    So another solo traveller of the same gender is organised to share the accommodation so that could be the same person for the entire tour? What if there isn't someone of similar age group travelling solo?
    
    When would I meet that other person? Before the tour?
    What happens if other person snores all night?

    The rooming arrangement is on a twin-share basis, where solo travelers are paired with another traveler of the same gender. However, we cannot guarantee that the same person will be your roommate for the entire trip, as rooming arrangements can vary depending on the group and accommodation.
    
    Rooming details are generally confirmed once the group arrangements are finalized, and you will meet your roommate during the welcome meeting only.
    
    Regarding other rooming concerns, if there is an issue with the rooming arrangement, you can speak with your Trip Leader, who can assist where possible. However, alternative rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    Accommodation includes Hotel (9 nights), Hostel (2 nights), Guesthouse (2 nights), Pension (1 night). Rooms may not always have private en suite facilities or air-conditioning. European hotels generally don't provide kettles or fridges. On some occasions, alternative accommodation might be used if preferred rooms are unavailable.

    A single supplement is not available on this trip. Airport transfers can be arranged. From Berlin Brandenburg Airport to A&O Hostel Berlin Hauptbahnhof : 110.00 USD. Piazzale Roma to Venice Airport : 99.00 USD.

    This itinerary has a mix of included activities and free time when your leader will offer suggestions. Please budget spending money for optional activities you want to take part in. Accommodation on this trip is basic. Rooms are twin or multishare, meaning you will share a room with other travellers of the same gender. Hotels in Europe often don't have double beds, but rather two single beds that can be pushed together/apart. Rooms can be small, especially compared to American or Australian standards, and in most cases bathroom facilities will be shared rather than ensuite. A single supplement is not available on this trip.

    Please read the day-to-day itinerary carefully to find out more details on each day's activities, and whether they are suitable for you. Activities can be opted out of if you don't want to participate. One of the pleasures of travelling in Europe is the ease at which cities can be explored on foot. Your leader will take you on frequent orientation walks, and you will be able to further explore in your own time. We recommend you pack comfortable walking shoes for this trip. Many of our customers are surprised at how much they end up walking, however this is entirely up to you, and public transport to take you back to our accommodation is never far away.

    Please expand on hostel as this varies from mixed dorms to 1 sex dorms to private rooms also beds from doubles singles and bunks.
