We just completed a 16-day European tour of Spain, France, and Switzerland, finishing in Italy. This adventure was all planned by the great people at TourRadar. Since our first contact, they were knowledgeable and friendly. It took us a few months of back-and-forth to find our perfect first tour of Europe. Once we finally agreed on the vacation, they quickly began planning and asking questions. Communication was great; we understood the process and, most importantly, the package we were getting. From the person greeting us at the airport, with our name on a sign and to all the events, it was planned perfectly. Each day before, we got an email about the event, including tickets (if needed), a contact name and phone number, and meeting points with a picture of the location. One day, the email was forgotten, and we reached out to TourRadar about the omission. Within 30 minutes, we had all the info. I (we) highly recommend utilizing their services.
