  Are there other people booked for this tour yet? On the final day, is the hotel included as well as an airport transfer or are we to book all of that on our own for the next day since the tour will still be going on?

    The price originally is $2169. The price you are proposing isn't much of a deal at all. Why does it say one price initially and then you add over $1000 more.

    At the moment, for your selected date, there are no other travelers booked on this tour. However, we are happy to confirm that if you choose to book as a solo traveler, we can guarantee the departure even for 1 person. Since you are currently the only participant, the solo traveler rate applies, which explains the price difference from the group rate displayed online.

    If I pay for a solo tour and then people book later on, will I be reimbursed for the difference since it is no longer a solo tour? Also, is there any less expensive option as a solo traveler bc that is quite pricey for the difference whe it would be the same car and same excursions and hotels as if there were two people versus 1.

    Once a booking is confirmed and paid, the price is fixed according to the number of participants at the time of booking. Unfortunately, no refund or price adjustment can be made if additional travelers join the same tour later on. Likewise, we are unable to lower or increase your tour price after confirmation.

  I notice there is no tour of Belgrade included on Day 1 or Day 2. What hotel do you use in Belgrade if we wanted an extra day to explore Belgrade? I see that there is a full day city tour on Day 8. What hotel are we in on Day 7? What time is check-out on Day 8? How much is an extra night at this hotel?

    We are happy to inform you that if you wish we can organize a 9 day tour for you, including also the Belgrade city tour on the first day. On the first day we can pick you up at the airport, after we do the walking tour of the Belgrade and spend the overnight in Belgrade. This tour on 9 days will cost: 2108 euros/person based on double/twin room. Regarding your question about the hotels, the exact hotels will be shared either you 4-5 days after the tour is booked, as this depend on the availability after booking. However to create an idea depending on availability and season we normally collaborate with hotel Argo or similar in Belgrade and Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel or similar in Bucharest.

    Is there a mistake with your quote for 9 days? You are charging 758€ pp extra for two nights accommodation, one airport transfer and the Belgrade city tour. If the 2108€/person is correct I would have to make my own arrangements for the day before the tour and the day after.

    Since you are 2 people booking together you will fall under the group price of 2-7 pax which is 1874 Euros per person for a 8 days tour. In this case we have only added: 234 Euros / person for adding one extra day. However if you wish you can still make your own arrangements the day before. If you'd prefer to make your own arrangements for the extra days and transfers, we can certainly adjust the quote for you.
