  Tour was so disappointing that we left early! The tour was greatly misadvertised. There was a serious absence of communication from Europamundo regarding the combined multilingual nature of the tour, leaving all 4 of us English speaking travellers completely shocked when the majority of the group (1:10 ratio) were speaking Spanish. This made it difficult to understand what was happening at most times, and impossible to feel any sense of community within the tour group. Aside from Berlin, there were no tours or guides provided for any of the stops, and minimal information regarding the locations we visited. We were left to our own devices with insufficient time in each location, and minimal information about the site. The only contact information we were given was the company emergency phone number, so we had no other contacts for safety/guidance when exploring alone. The itinierary provided seriously insufficient time in each location, with minimal access to any attractions. The tour listing even cited "ticket included" for several attractions, which were actually free entry - highly misleading regarding the value of the tour! Access to most attractions was considered "optional", but was not communicated to until we arrived at the site, where we were informed that the standard booking time required for the sites was weeks in advance. Therefore, we were unable to see many of the key sites in each location. The itinerary also seriously lacked time/information regarding meals, and even skipped lunch on some days! We arrived at many of the overnight stays after dinner time, when most places were closed and we were unable to actually see the sites - only to leave at 7:30am the next morning! This allowed no time to experience the location and left us exhausted! The only positive was our tour guides - Lorenzo and Mercedes - who were wonderfully receptive to feedback and made any adjustments they could for us. They both did their absolute best to improve our experience of the tour, but the fundamental problems with Europamundo and the tour it designed were just insurmountable.Show more

This is clearly stated on our website, where we inform that some tours may be bilingual. We are sorry if this did not meet your expectations, but this information has been available from the outset and is part of the multicultural experience we offer. As for the time spent in each destination, our itineraries are carefully planned to maximize the experience without compromising the necessary travel time between cities. We understand that you may have wished for more time in certain places, but as outlined in the itinerary, the tour covered 23 destinations in a set period. Guided tours were included in several key destinations, while in others, free time was provided for passengers to explore based on their personal interests. Additionally, during the bus journeys, our guides offer detailed information about each destination, helping passengers make the most of their free time. As you must be aware, this information is always sent to the email address you provided as your contact, you have access to your personal "My Trip" link and the Europamundo app. There, you can find all the information we offer to passengers, including recommendations for exploring cities during their free time. Regarding meals, we would like to clarify that time for lunch was not omitted. There is always an appropriate break, with a meeting point provided to continue the itinerary, allowing passengers to enjoy lunch at their preferred location during their free time. To date, we have not received any complaints from other passengers about insufficient time for meals. Concerning entrance fees to attractions, we regret any confusion. Group rates can differ from individual rates, and we always inform passengers about what is included in the package and what is not. The attractions listed as "entry included" in the itinerary were clearly indicated, and while some locations may have free entry for individual visitors, group tours often incur a cost. We especially appreciate your positive comments about our guides, Lorenzo and Mercedes, who did their utmost to enhance your experience. We regret that the tour did not meet your expectations.   Overall, it was an okay experience with many places visited briefly. However, the pace of the tour was too fast and rushed for us, and there was not enough time to see each city properly. There was no proper tour given by a local tour guide in each city, only at couple of stops. We were just given free time to wonder around. It would be better if more time was allowed per city with less overall cities visited, quality over quantity.Show more

  We thought the tour as a whole was very good and informative. We did have issues with the way different nationalities were put together. Our guide had to repeat to the sameglish information 3 times for the different languages on our bus. We were the minority, so we got the information last. Meaning a very short explanation and very rude people talking while we were trying to listen. They did take us off this bus 3/4 of the way thru the tour and put us with English speaking people thank God. We thought the hotels were very nice and clean, so we were happy with all of them. We were on a very tight schedule that we hardly had time for our supper before getting to the hotels and sometimes they were closed for food, and we had to snack or go without. There was also a problem when they split us off the Latin bus and transferred us to the English-speaking bus that both busses would stop for bathroom breaks at the same place, and we would spend all our free time waiting in line for the rest rooms. Our 1st guide was very knowledgeable of the areas, but our 2nd guide was nor as informative. We wanted to see as much of the areas as possible but perhaps there was too much on our itinerary as we were hoping for a little more free time to relax. I guess we got what we signed up for. We were very happy with all the fees for our tours & rides being included on the tour price as it went much smoother when that was the case. When we had to pay for special tours or admissions, we spent too much time in line and didn't have time to see the place. This was our first tour so we really didn't have an idea what to expect but talking to other guests they were a little more critical about some of the aspects of our tour.
