We can definitely make a note that you are prone to car sickness; that way, the CEO will be aware and arrange that you sit in front while on the road.

may we arrive one day early and stay at the same hotel? may we upgrade to larger room? what type of vehicle do you use for the group? the itinerary indicates 3-3.5 hour tour daily; does that include round trip travel time from the hotel? Or is the 3hr+ daily drive time?

We can request and book additional hotel nights for you at the starting hotel. Upgrade options are not possible. We usually use standard rooms. We usually use a Large Van (16 seats) for the group. The 3h-3h30m is the drive time only, is the total drive time done daily (roundtrip).

Are additional nights accommodation when arriving early available through you?

Yes, we can request additional pre and post tour accommodation, up to 5 nights at our start/end hotel.

Is this tour Paris - Normandy still available?

The July 13 departure has 1 spot left and it's on request! On request means we have released the space for our suppliers to use, if someone request the tour, we have to take full payment and our local team will go to every hotel, activity, transfer etc.. and request space, if we are able to get it secured then we will confirm, it usually takes 2 - 5 business days. No flights should be booked before you hear from us.

The TV mounted on the wall in front of the twin beds made it impossible to pass during a night time visit to the toilet without banging your head. The tour bus to needs new shocks !!   There is no extra charge for being a solo traveller but you would be paired with another solo female traveller for the rooming in the hotels. Or, you can opt to add a single supplement for an additional 1519.00 USD and have your own room. On day 5, you have a free day and can opt to visit the Bayeux Tapestry. Please note the Bayeux Tapestry will be closed for 18 months for renovations beginning September 2025.

  The deposit is 20% of the tour cost, and if you cancel before 30 days of the start date, this payment stays on file to be reused for a future tour as a Lifetime Deposit. If you're the only solo female on the door, then you will automatically be given a solo room with no extra charge. The only way to guarantee this however, is to add in advance with payment.

  Yes, the independent day trip to visit castles in the Loire valley is a good idea as this tour does not make those stops. During the Free Time in the afternoon of Day 4 in Bayeux, your CEO can definitely help out in arranging an excursion to St. Malo. We can't pre-book this, but they can certainly help locally.
