From the moment our passengers begin exploring our travel options, we provide all relevant information about the itineraries, including what is and isn’t included, to ensure full clarity before purchase. We understand that every travel experience may have aspects that are less satisfactory, but we make every effort to ensure the details are clearly explained to avoid misunderstandings.
Regarding the multilingual nature of our tours, our multinational circuits reflect our philosophy of fostering interaction among people from different cultures. This is clearly stated on our website, where we inform that some tours may be bilingual. We are sorry if this did not meet your expectations, but this information has been available from the outset and is part of the multicultural experience we offer.
As for the time spent in each destination, our itineraries are carefully planned to maximize the experience without compromising the necessary travel time between cities. We understand that you may have wished for more time in certain places, but as outlined in the itinerary, the tour covered 23 destinations in a set period. Guided tours were included in several key destinations, while in others, free time was provided for passengers to explore based on their personal interests. Additionally, during the bus journeys, our guides offer detailed information about each destination, helping passengers make the most of their free time. As you must be aware, this information is always sent to the email address you provided as your contact, you have access to your personal "My Trip" link and the Europamundo app. There, you can find all the information we offer to passengers, including recommendations for exploring cities during their free time. Regarding meals, we would like to clarify that time for lunch was not omitted. There is always an appropriate break, with a meeting point provided to continue the itinerary, allowing passengers to enjoy lunch at their preferred location during their free time. To date, we have not received any complaints from other passengers about insufficient time for meals. Concerning entrance fees to attractions, we regret any confusion. Group rates can differ from individual rates, and we always inform passengers about what is included in the package and what is not. The attractions listed as "entry included" in the itinerary were clearly indicated, and while some locations may have free entry for individual visitors, group tours often incur a cost.
