First of all, this is a tour for SPANISH SPEAKERS NOT ENGLISH SPEAKERS. And, when the SPANISH speakers spoke through the often crackly radio which could not be heard in the back of the bus, it was rapid, not understandable English. I would NEVER recommend your tour to an English speaker. The transfers went smoothly, we were constantly handed off to new people. Ivan, one of your guides, speaks so rapidly that he is not understandable. Perhaps he needs another English class??? DON'T ADVERTISE AS AN ENGLISH - SPANISH TOUR. YOU ARE CLEARLY A SPANISH TOUR. ALL YOUR GUIDES WERE FROM SPAIN OR OTHER SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES. The hotels were fine.Show more
