Jam packed, on the move, every moment filled for 2 weeks. Saw so much. Europomundo runs things very efficiently and keeps on schedule. Most tour guides were great and fun. Not a restful vacation, lots of long days between driving between locations and walking alot at destinations but it was a good exhaustion when getting to the hotel. A bit stressful that there aren’t restrooms on the buses and sometimes waiting for a stop which could be over 2 hours apart was too long. But overall, it was a trip of a lifetime.Show more

Overall the itinerary was satisfactory. We saw a lot of places in a short space of time. We did not get to see anything of Girona. By the time we arrived it was dark and cold. We were advised to walk a few block to the center of town. I started to walk but ultimately gave up. I thought of calling Uber but decided against it. I was disappointed with Arles. Since the brochure sold us on Van Gogh, I expected to at least see something of his work but that was not the case. Quaint town but not artsy as I expected and not much to offer in the way of art or Van Gogh. Perhaps the description of Arles should focus less on Van Gogh and more on the town itself. All things considered, it was a good trip.Show more

Very busy schedule due to many destinations visited, with early starts & late finishes. Not all the promised activities were delivered, perhaps due to Christmas/New Year public holidays. Most guides were very informative, although we did have one for a few days that was only interested in getting you from a to b and nothing else. Hotels & included meals were generally less than average with a couple of exceptions, but all the rooms we stayed in were clean. Would consider going with this company again.Show more

The itinerary is good for this trip. We got to see many places. The accommodation is also good with great breakfast. There a few areas that can be improved as following: 1) The worst experience in this trip is we had to line up for 2 hours to get the ticket for Colosseum in Rome in heat because group tickets were not provided. By the the time we got the ticket, the meet up time was passed. Since the tour guide was not with us and there was no way to communicate of the huge delay, we spent 10 minutes inside the Colosseum and had to rush to get out. However, some people decided to spend 1 hour in the Colosseum. So we ended up waiting for them for another hour outside the Colosseum. The whole group was very upset about this experience. This could have been avoided if Europa Mudo had booked the group tickets in advance. 2) We have changed many buses and tour guides during the trip. This is not a very good experience. At one point, we got a bus without WiFi and electrical plugs. 3)The free time is too long in Rome. It was too hot and many people ended up taking a taxi to get back to the hotel rather than waiting till 8pm. 4) The time allowed for the Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna is too short. We did not have enough time to get close to the fountain.Show more
