  Based earlier Europamundo hotel tour booking in Prince hotel so we prebooked Prince for 2 days prior to tour start...
  Based earlier Europamundo hotel tour booking in Prince hotel so we prebooked Prince for 2 days prior to tour start but they suddenly changed to Moxy hotel and we had to travel locally from Prince to Moxy hotel - waste of time and money. Since airport transfer was included we asked them for hotel to hotel transfer but they declined. Experience at Moxy hotel Tokyo was vey bad - dining room and lobby was small and very crowded and could not handle the breakfast for the large number of guests. Bus timing was preponed so could not eat breakfast properly. Moxy hotel was in a shady location with drunken fights and women soliciting on street outside whole night. Further got lost in Mount Fuji and called their 24 hour emergency number twice which did not work!Show more

Regarding the transfer, please note that it was previously informed that the included transfer service is only valid for the nights booked with us as part of the tour program. As for the situation on the street and the surrounding environment, we regret any discomfort caused, but unfortunately these are public spaces not managed by the hotel or our company. Concerning the emergency contact, we confirm that our 24-hour emergency line is active and working properly. We did not receive any communication from you through this channel during the incident. We appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue working to improve the services offered to our travelers. Europamundo team

  Even though it is a short tour, we were able to cover the necessary POIs. Our English speaking tour guide did a good job explaining the various locations, providing historical information. Tour mates very co-operative and never once we had to wait for latecomers, everyone was punctual.Show more
