Meeting point or exits Unless otherwise stated, the meeting point or start point for services in grouped travels by coach or privatized from regular tours, will be in the hotel confirmed for your tour (or for the extra nights on your tour). On day one we pick up our passengers at TOKYO airport throughout the day, you just have to send your flight schedule and we'll be waiting for you. Later that day, around 6:00 pm we'll gather at the lobby of the hotel for our first visit. Try to book a flight that arrives early afternoon at the latest so you may join us on this first visit. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

Based earlier Europamundo hotel tour booking in Prince hotel so we prebooked Prince for 2 days prior to tour start...
Based earlier Europamundo hotel tour booking in Prince hotel so we prebooked Prince for 2 days prior to tour start but they suddenly changed to Moxy hotel and we had to travel locally from Prince to Moxy hotel - waste of time and money. Since airport transfer was included we asked them for hotel to hotel transfer but they declined. Experience at Moxy hotel Tokyo was vey bad - dining room and lobby was small and very crowded and could not handle the breakfast for the large number of guests. Bus timing was preponed so could not eat breakfast properly. Moxy hotel was in a shady location with drunken fights and women soliciting on street outside whole night. Further got lost in Mount Fuji and called their 24 hour emergency number twice which did not work!Show more
