Great Tour Director & coach driver. Kudos to Alexis & Blair for making the journey stress free & enjoyable! The hotels were fine except for the one in Jasper, the Lobstick Lodge, which had no ramp to carry luggage up. The Sun Peaks Lodge was wonderful! To make the trip even more unforgettable be sure to take the options or reserve your own with Get Your Guide and Vialtor like we did. I totally recommend the Wonders of the Canadian Rockies tour.Show more

Was a very good tour great Tour guide & First class Driver The only down for the tour was being let down by Costsaver by being put in sub below Hotel for 2 nights in Canmore when we all thought we would have been in Banff They obviously did not inspect rooms no heating working dusty smelly rooms toilets not flushing dirty sheets even with blood on them an absolute disgrace for the money we paid for this trip Was so disappointing as rest off accomodation was above our expectationsShow more

Thank you for your feedback during your Wonders of the Canadian Rockies trip. We understand your disappointment that particular details may have differed from your original itinerary, although at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will have last-minute changes, and we will try to ensure the alternative hotel is in a similar location and meets our high standards. However, we are concerned to learn this hotel had fallen below your expectations and did not meet the standards we are recognised for, and we would like to apologise for any discomfort caused as a result. Our Contracting team puts considerable effort into selecting our hotels to ensure we offer comfort at great value. As such, we have shared your comments with our relevant departments to ensure the accommodation continues to provide the best experience for our guests. That said, we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future; in the meantime, please know that we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests.

The trip was absolutely brilliant and highly recommended! Breathtaking landscapes, many animals and a super group! We were very lucky with the weather except 1 time. Unfortunately, we could not visit Maligne Lake due to snowfall. The personal highlight for me was the whale tour in Victoria. We saw a lot of orcas, fantastic! The only thing I would add is 2 full days in Victoria. We had 2 nights but only 1 day of that available. The morning was Butchers Garden and the afternoon was whale watching. So you could not visit the city of Victoria well.Show more
