Unfortunately, for your requested travel period in October 2026, we can not offer one of our guided group departures. Our Loire Valley group tours for 2026 are already fully booked. For 2027, however, we currently still have very good availability. We could also arrange the journey as a fully private guided tour, exclusively for the two of you and on dates that suit you. This would include the same services and quality as on our regular guided programme, but organised entirely around you. Most importantly, the tour would be operated with two dedicated guides throughout the journey: - one guide accompanying you personally by bicycle, and - a second guide travelling with the support vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter, handling luggage, logistics, transfers and assistance along the route. All of the infrastructure that would normally be shared among an entire group is therefore provided exclusively for just two guests. This means two professional guides, the support vehicle, transportation and logistics, accommodation arrangements and the complete tour operation all need to be covered by only two travellers. For this reason, a private tour of this kind is considerably more expensive than joining one of our scheduled group departures. The price would be €6,650 per person, based on two people sharing a double room. It is certainly a significant investment, but it also creates a very different travel experience: you have the guides entirely to yourselves, can travel at your own pace, receive individual attention throughout the tour and enjoy considerably more flexibility than would be possible with a group.
