For 3* Hotel in Rio de Janeiro we usually use the Nacional Inn Copacabana (subject to availability).

Will the hotel have a pool, is pick up and drop off at Rio airport possible? What time will drop off be on day 5 at airport so I can book a flight to my next destination?

Yes, the 3* hotel we use has a swimming pool. And this package only includes one transfer to Rio Airport (could be pick up or drop off). The one missing you can either arrange it by yourself or we can also book it for you for an additional price. We adjust the transfers according to your flights, so no need to worry about that. Please keep in mind that this is not a group tour nor has it a group coordinator. We work with independant trips, which means you will follow your own itineraries.

Could you please confirm if a departure transfer is included on the last day? Additionally, can you provide the name of the hostel and its distance from the airport? If the transfer is not included, what would be the best way to reach the airport?

The departure transfer is not included on the tour. We can arrange it for an additional price for you or you can arrange it on your own, as you prefer. We usually use the CabanaCopa Hostel, which is (approx) 40 minutes away from the Airport. (The hostel we choose is subject to availability). You should also keep in mind being at the Airport 2 hours before your departure flight. 3 hours if it is an international flight.

what kind of hotel for stay at Copacabana? I may want to stay 5 nights in Rio, can I have extended night at the same hotel?

Of course we can costumize your itinerary, so you spend one more night in Rio. We can get you a 3* or 4* hotel, depending on your preferences.

Rio, Illa grande and Iguazu were amazing and all travel arrangements were efficiently sorted out . I was disappointed in São Paulo as I had to make my own arrangements to the hotel and back to the bus station . It is a huge city and I felt intimated and did not do any tours. This is a concrete jungle and only known for good food . I just walked around the hotel to food and craft markets. Overall good value for my tour and great country to visit .Show more

Great things about Glamping: The hosts are a well-educated, knowledgeable couple who are excellent conversation partners if you are interested in learning the environment, history, and culture of the place. The villas are cozy and quiet, in a unique half-nutshell shape. We enjoyed the singing of frogs at night and birds in the morning. We also loved that even the lamps for the path are made of bamboo. It's a great place for nature-lovers. In addition, the zip-lining and hiking added a lot of charms to our trip. We highly recommend it. Not so great things about Glamping: The booking platform has a Iguazu Falls' view for Glamping, and it is misleading. It is by a river, not the falls. Other than the host couple, others do not speak English, making communication a bit difficult. Since the location is far from everything, you have to take a taxi to town if you want to dine elsewhere and see the town. There's no store or vending machine on site, so you have to bring everything you need. Meals have to be pre-ordered. In spite of the inconveniences, we totally enjoyed our stay at Glamping. Claudia and David are wonderful people. They made our stay at Glamping memorable. The lush, giant tropical vegetation and the toads & bugs all added charms to the place.Show more

  Grand Mercure Copacabana seems good, however Grand Mercure Copacabana has a better reivew from Booking.com. Wondering if we could book that hotel instead. Yes, we need a double room as we have total two people for travel to Brazil. also we plan to see Iguazu fall from Brazil side before we arrive to Rio for 5 nights. Any combined itinerary for both locations is possible?

  In the Rio City Tour you will visit: Cristo Redentor, Maracanã (only from the outside), Sambódromo, Catedral de São Sebastião, Escadaria Selaron. From what I understand there will be a selection of food at your disposal and you can freely choose what to eat.

  I suggest you don't choose the hostel option as your mother probably won't be comfortable there. We can quote a Triple room at a hotel. Normally, prices come in Double and Single options but we can find a hotel that offers a TPL. The day trip to Angra and Ilha Grande can be real fun for your kid. Do you want us to quote the package in TPL room for you in 3 small single beds (or 1 big bed + 1 SGL bed?) for the 21st September?
