Everything was well organized and exactly as we requested. Our agent helped us select our activities and made sure that we optimized are short time in Iceland and got the best bang for our money. Both airport transfers were great. The hotel was beautiful and had a wonderful staff. The walking tour of Reykjavik was excellent. (The guide was both extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining.) The Nothern Lights tour was wonderful. Everything our agent recommended was perfect and she arranged everything for us and provided explicit instructions. In addition, she checked in with us every day to see if we had any concerns or needed any assistance. She also sent reminders about our tours and resent vouchers so that everything was quickly accessible. I didn’t have to dig for anything. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and service.Show more
