You can fly into the Calgary Airport (YYC). From there we can arrange a private transfer or we can book you a ticket on a shuttle that will drop you at the hotel in Banff (1.5-2h transfer time). These are available on request on any date since there is no transfer included in this package from the airport to Banff. The group usually meets the first day around 6pm for dinner and then departs any time on the last day (only breakfast is included on day 6). The hotel for this trip will be confirmed once the group has met its minimum passenger requirements, which we still need a couple more bookings to confirm.
