  Marie was wonderful. We saw & learned so much. I didn’t think there would be that much walking , walking on the paved streets was interesting. We were surprised when we got dropped off to wonder for several hours without previous warning. My only complaint is that we were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. We picked this tour over others because it clearly offered a bathroom on the bus. Very uncomfortable & limited coffee in the morning. The other issue was handling our own luggage. Especially hard when there were steps involvedShow more

We are also sorry that you were dropped off to explore for several hours without prior notice, as clearer communication would certainly have made this easier for you. Your concerns about the onboard restroom are completely understandable. We appreciate how uncomfortable it must have been, particularly as the availability of a bathroom was one of the reasons you chose this tour. We will ensure this is reviewed with our operations team so we can prevent similar disappointment in future. We also note your feedback about limited morning coffee options and the challenges of handling your own luggage, especially when steps were involved.
