    Entrance fees to all sites mentioned in the itinerary: 1- Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) 2- Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx. 3- Valley of the Kings Hatshepsut Temple 4- Karnak & Luxor Temples 5- Citadel of Saladin 6-Coptic Cairo 7- Alexandria sites (Catacombs, 8- Pompey's Pillar, 9- Qaitbay Fortress from outside. Meals: 4 breakfast, 4 lunch, 1 dinner, breakfasts will be served in the hotel, lunches in local restaurants during the tours. 1 dinner on the train. Optional activities will be according the free time you will have or things you want to do, such as the camel riding in the pyramids area. Or visiting the pyramid from inside, dinner cruise. As it is Optional activities you can add it or leave it. Guides and driver tips are excluded, About 10$ pp per day, 3 for the driver and 7 for the guide.

    Meeting point outside the airport building by the exit of the terminal, our Rep will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name, the meeting time is arranged according to your arrival details. The ending time at anytime on day 6.

    Just to confirm, does this mean we may book a flight arriving at any time on Day 1 at Cairo International Airport (CAI), with airport pickup provided? For example, would both of the following be acceptable: An early morning arrival (e.g. around 2:00 AM), or A late evening arrival (e.g. around 9:00 PM)?

    Yes, you may book your flight arriving at any time on Day 1 at Cairo International Airport (CAI). Airport pickup is included regardless of arrival time. Both options you mentioned are acceptable; however, a late evening arrival is more preferable.

    Yes, airport transfer to CAI after breakfast is included. We recommend booking your departure flight no earlier than 10:00 AM to allow comfortable transfer time. An 11:00 AM departure would be suitable.
