  If my flight arrives around 6:15am, would I have enough time for the start of this tour? If not and I miss the start of the tour, is there an option to arrange a transfer from the airport to where the group is currently at and join the group from there?

    Also what time do we anticipate to be back to Reykjavik at the end of Day 4?

    If your flight arrives at 6:15 AM, you will have to go through the airport procedures and get to Reykjavik, this could take around 1 hour for the airport procedures and around 1 hour to get from the airport to Reykjavik. You could book an airport transfer from the airport and wait for our minibus at the BSI Bus terminal. As the tour departs at 9:00 AM, you should make it on time.
    If you miss the pick-ups for your tour, you would have to get a taxi and chase the group. Unfortunately, we do not have specific transfers for such occasions.

    On the last day of the tour, you should be back in Reykjavik between 5 and 7 PM.

    I will be a solo traveler and the booking won't allow me to select the Single Supplement option. It says "This accommodation needs 2 travelers. Please add 2 travelers or choose another accommodation type."
    
    For solo travelers, is shared accommodation the only option?

    You can select the shared room option when booking your tour and reach out to us once the tour is confirmed. Then we will be able to update your accommodation type from shared room to single room and add the single room supplement fee.
    
    Or you could mark that you are traveling with another traveler and enter a random name and email, then the system should allow you to book the tour with the single room supplement fee.
    
    However, the system should allow you to book the tour with the single room fee without adding another persons email and name, just by selecting it.

  Can you book extra hotel nights for my clients at the same time as the tour booking? If yes, what is the total additional cost for 2 extra nights (double room, 2 adults)? Which hotel would be used for these extra nights? My clients prefer a cozy, clean, well-located hotel — nothing luxury, just comfortable and near the BSI bus terminal if possible.

    We do not provide additional services like accommodation (before or after the adventure) or airport transfers. We'd recommend booking additional accommodation in one of the hotels, or close to any bus stop where we pick up for our adventures. You'd need to contact the hotels directly to make your reservation.

  When these tours go to the Jökulságrlón Lagoon, does the tour include viewing the glaciers from the water (eg. from a zodiac or some other boat?) If that is not part of the tour, is it something we could arrange separately?

    During the 4-Day South Coast and Glacier Adventure, you would visit Jökulságrlón Glacier Lagoon on day 2, and during the 5-day tour, the visit takes place on day 4. On both of these tours, the visit to Jökulságrlón is for sightseeing from the shore, and unfortunately a boat tour on the lagoon is not included in the itinerary and cannot be added during the tour. If experiencing the lagoon from the water is important to you, on our 4 Day – Snæfellsnes, South Coast & Glacier Lagoon Tour, if you are traveling in September, it is possible to add a Jökulságrlón Glacier Lagoon boat tour as an optional activity.
