  Is this trip refundable, I mean is free cancellation available before 24hrs? The second question is, will I be picked up from a designated hotel in Vancouver or from the hotel that I will be staying at? I'll be in Vancouver 2 days in advance. So I'm not sure if you can arrange a hotel or I have to take care of the first two days on my own. And the last question is, I'd like to do the Banff Hot Springs, so when this adventure ends, it ends in the Banff area, right? So I can pay for an extra night on my own, then I can wait until the next day.

    1. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour and product. Please note that this tour does not offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
    
    2. Vancouver Pick-up
    Pick-up is from one of our designated hotels or pick-up locations in Vancouver, rather than from any hotel selected by the guest. Please refer to the tour brochure for the available pick-up locations.
    
    3. Pre-tour Hotel Stay in Vancouver
    Yes, we can arrange additional hotel nights in Vancouver before the tour for an extra charge. Please note that the hotel will be arranged and designated by us. Your final tour itinerary, including the confirmed hotel and pick-up information, will be sent to your email approximately three days before departure. If you prefer, you may also arrange your first two nights in Vancouver independently. However, you will make your way to our meeting point.
    
    4. Banff Hot Springs
    Banff Hot Springs is not included in the tour. However, you may visit the hot springs on your own during the evening while you are staying in Banff, subject to your tour schedule and the operating hours of the hot springs.
    
    5. End of the Tour / Extra Night
    At the end of the tour, drop-off options may be available in Banff or Calgary. If you are flying out on the same day, drop-off at Calgary Airport may also be available. If you plan to fly out on the same day, we recommend booking a flight departing after 10:00 PM to allow sufficient time for the tour schedule and transfer. Alternatively, you may arrange a post-tour hotel stay with us for an additional charge. If you would like to stay an extra night in Banff or Calgary to enjoy more time in the area, please let us know and we can advise you on the available arrangements.
    
    6. Tour Language
    English service is provided on the tour. However, please note that the tour is not guaranteed to be English-only. Depending on the passengers on each departure, the guide may provide commentary in both Chinese and English.

  What time does the tour finish on the last day, and is the final drop-off in Banff or Calgary? Are there any issues accommodating dietary restrictions, specifically celiac disease, regarding breakfasts or other provided meals? In the areas visited during the tour, are there supermarkets, grocery stores, or other options to buy food if group meals are not suitable for specific dietary needs? Are there any other important recommendations or considerations I should be aware of for someone traveling alone with dietary restrictions?

    On the last day, you may choose to be dropped off in Banff. However, please note that if you choose to end your tour in Banff, any onward transportation will need to be arranged on your own.
    
    Alternatively, you may continue with the group to Calgary Airport, with an estimated arrival time of around 7:00–7:30 PM (subject to traffic conditions).
    If you are planning a flight, please booking a departure after 9:30 PM.
    
    For breakfasts, we can make a note to the hotels. Breakfast is usually provided in a standard format with multiple options, and specific dietary needs cannot be guaranteed.
    
    For lunches, we recommend not selecting the group meal, as there will be free time during lunch stops where you may choose a suitable restaurant or purchase your own food. Dinners are not included and are at your own arrangement. At most stops, including towns and sightseeing areas, there are generally restaurants, or shops around.
    
    As dietary requirements vary from person to person, we recommend preparing accordingly based on your own preferences and needs.

  Im interested in a five day trip exploring the Rockies from Vancouver to Calgary. It says the language of the tour is in English and Chinese- can you confirm that all Chinese explanation of the tour will be made in english as well? I wouldn't want my daughter and I to lose out on learning because we don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
