I would have liked different amounts of time in some cities—more in some and less in others.

My clients had several complaints, they told me 1.- That the drivers and guides smoked a lot, and the problem was that they got on the bus and the bus reeked of cigarettes. 2.- The second bus was very old, neglected, the seats were broken and very dirty. 3.- In one place they offered them an additional tour to take them to some vineyards, that there was going to be a wine tasting and that there were many restaurants for dinner which was not true, there was only 1 restaurant open, there was no tasting and very poor service. customer service, on that occasion they felt scammedShow more

Dear Linda, We sincerely apologize for the issues mentioned by your clients and greatly appreciate you sharing their experience with us. Please allow me to address the points raised: Regarding the smoking issue, we completely understand your concern. We would like to clarify that during their free time, guides and drivers are free to do as they wish. We regret that the smell of tobacco was bothersome, and we understand how uncomfortable this can be. However, we are unable to control their activities outside of working hours. That said, we always strive to provide the best experience possible for our passengers during the journey. Concerning the bus condition, we are sorry that it did not meet expectations. We did not receive any comments about this during the trip, so if we had been informed at the time, we would have gladly arranged for a change of bus. Our buses comply with standard European size regulations and are equipped with basic amenities such as tinted windows, TV, and microphones so passengers can hear the guide. We truly appreciate your bringing this to our attention, and we will take steps to improve in this area. Regarding the vineyard visit, we would like to clarify that this was not an optional excursion, but rather a transfer included in the itinerary. In Vienna, as stated in the program, we offer a transfer to the Grinzing district, an old wine-growing village known for its traditional taverns. Passengers have free time to explore the area, and wine tasting is recommended. Grinzing offers approximately 190 restaurants, taverns, and wine cellars, so there are plenty of options for visitors. We apologize for any misunderstanding and regret that it did not meet expectations. We deeply appreciate your valuable feedback, which will be shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further inquiries. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some of the hotels did not meet your expectations. As detailed in the trip, accommodations provided are in 3- and 4-star hotels, selected to ensure comfort and convenience for our travelers. Regarding group logistics, certain tours include shared routes, which may involve coordinated drop-offs to different hotels. We aim to manage this efficiently to minimize any inconvenience. We appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed the overall experience. Europamundo team

Our experience on the tour in general was good. There were some points that left us with a bad perception of the organizing agency; one of them is the selection of the hotels. We know beforehand that they are not 5 stars, and that they mention certain limitations; however, one feature that should be an indispensable requirement is CLEANLINESS. When we entered the hotel in Vienna "RAINERS HOTEL VIENNA", the dust in the room was breathable, the carpet was noticeable that it was not vacuumed and since there is no air conditioning to circulate the air, it generates a bomb for people with asthma or who have allergies to dust, as in the case of my wife who had an allergy crisis. The people at the front desk were not supportive at all, totally indifferent to the emergency we had. However, we have to thank the support of Mario Alvarez (our guide) in mobilizing to contact TourRadar and get us a room in another hotel nearby. Thank you very much for your support and empathizing with our situation. Another point in our trip that caused us discomfort, is that they gather different groups that are staying in hotels far from each other; in those transfers to go to pick up the other groups we lost more than an hour that could have been better used in the day. When sharing with other groups that had the same tour but in Spanish, we noticed that the price for their tour was the same as ours (in English), however it included dinners and ours did not. We do not understand the reason for this difference. As for the service of the guides, we could see that not all of them have the same quality of service. They have guides that have less commitment and knowledge. But we love the one who was our guide for half of our tour: Mario Alvarez, for his professionalism, knowledge of the places to visit, commitment to the client and the company, his kindness and service. In a certain period of the tour, we were sharing with two other groups and their guides. And having three guides on the same bus, it was clear that Mario did the work of all three! We reiterate our thanks to Mario, as he made our evaluation of this experience not a poor one.Show more

Dear Francisco, Thank you for sharing your input with us. We regret to hear that the hygiene conditions at the Hotel Rainbers did not meet your expectations and caused your wife to experience an allergic reaction. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we instructed our guide to seek an alternative hotel option to ensure your satisfaction and well-being. Your feedback has also been forwarded to Mario, who extends his gratitude for your comments. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, available on our website, occasional reassignments of buses or hotels may occur during the tour. This flexibility accommodates operational needs and allows us to manage the varied destinations of passengers within each group. Tour prices reflect regional factors, including local taxes. Additionally, for most global market circuits, meals are not included due to the dietary preferences of many of our guests, such as Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, and vegan, to better serve diverse needs without added complexity. Once again, we thank you for your feedback, which helps us continue to improve our services. Best regards, Europamundo team

The Tour was very well organized. The staff and tour leaders, Hugo, William were amazing and provided lots of information during the bus rides. The bus drivers, Gabriel and Peter did an outstanding job. The hotels were very well chosen and the one in Prague , Panorama , was my favorite one. The Spa on the top floor was spectacular with excellent massage therapist. There was so much to see on this tour that I would suggest, in the future, to add two more days : 1 the day of doing Prague, Munich, Innsbruck ; 2 the day of Kitzbühel, Salzburg, Vienna . We ended the trip very happy but exhausted. Thank you for providing us with unforgettable memories.Show more
