  Tours were in Spanish and English, and our guides took care to give information in both languages. Hotels were all of good standard and near city centres so was easy to navigate during free time. We didn't always have enough time at certain attractions but that was due to time constraints of getting from one destination to another. Overall, it was a fun trip.Show more

  I have been taking on average a Tourradar trip per month for the last seven months (live in Europe for 12 months) ......
  I have been taking on average a Tourradar trip per month for the last seven months (live in Europe for 12 months) ... The coordination of the pre-trip was terrible, could not get the name of the hotel until 7 days prior ... transportation from airport did not get to 11 PM the night before yet I had a 630 AM flight ... usless as did not see .........I was unaware that the trip had 3 languages, Spainish, Portugese and English....First tour Director was a NIGHTMARE... got off the ship and the English speaking people were wndering in Parking lot asking each of the buses if they were ours ...Final tour director Pedro was good .....but could not compenstate for the pre-trip and first 4 days.......STAY AWAY !!!Show more

  I keep taking Europamundo tours because their prices are competitive. My two previous experiences with them were forgettable mainly because of the language barrier. Being a Spanish company, their guides first language is Spanish and their English, though they tried, needed some improvement. Knowing that, I was proactive this time and did my own research of the places we were going to visit and this has made a huge difference. The itinerary was good. I was pleasantly surprised about the Baltics. It is so underrated. The little known Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius were so beautiful.it was an eye opening experience, I did not appreciate however that they did not clearly communicate the changing of the itinerary in Finland. Instead of going to Turku and Naantali, we went instead to Porvoo. The oil indication of going to Porvoo was a mention in the voucher but no mention of not visiting Turku or Naantali. Accommodations were good. They were close to the attractions. Europamundo changed the accommodation in Stockholm the last minute. Again, communication was poor. I learned about the change in the transfer voucher. We had three guides: Spanish, English and Chinese. I wish the Chinese guide took better control of the Chinese group. They keep talking loud when the other guides were talking. Ricardo, as a tour guide, was amazing. His personality is suited for the job. He was friendly and very helpful. He went beyond the call of duty for the group to have a better experience.Show more

The service, in such cases, is typically offered in both English and Spanish, facilitated either by two tour leaders, each catering to a respective language, or a single tour leader proficiently delivering information in both languages. To ensure the smooth progression of the tour, all our guides hold a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English certificate. This certification guarantees their ability to engage seamlessly in conversations with passengers, express themselves fluently, and narrate historical accounts. If the issue persists, we can arrange for a guide reassignment.
