I'm planning on taking the "Aurora Borealis Adventure from Vancouver" and be back for this trip on the 3rd, since the other operator handles the flight from vancouver to whitehorse, is there a way we can make the departures on the 3rd align?

Unfortunately we do not have departure date on March 03, and the nearest available departure date in March 14. Alternatively, are you interested in VIA RAIL train tour that departure from Vancouver? You can see the following product, and we have March 2 and March 6 departure.

Our flight out of Vancouver International airport is 9:55pm on March 17 will this tour get us to the airport in time. Can you deliver us at or near the airport or advise the best way to make that part of the journey

Normally, on the last day of the tour, we arrive in Vancouver around 6-7 PM, although the exact time may vary depending on traffic and the day's schedule. We usually recommend booking a flight departing after 10:30 PM. However, based on experience, a 9:55 PM flight should also be feasible under normal conditions. This tour can drop you off directly at Vancouver International Airport after the tour.

I want to get more information about the transportation vehicle, what kind is it? how comfortable would it be? and how many people will be travelling in it?

The exact bus size may vary depending on the number of participants each day, as passenger counts can differ. Rest assured, we always arrange a suitable vehicle to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Is tour guaranteed to operate? I need to know before booking because I am taking international flights from UK. Is the Vancouver hotel included on day 1 (24/1/2026) or day 4 (27/1/2026)? Where and what time on 24 January 2026 is pick-up in Vancouver? What is approx. drop off time in Vancouver on day 4?

The included accommodation for this tour consists of two nights in Revelstoke or Salmon Arm and one night in Banff, for a total of three nights. There is no accommodation included in Vancouver. Pick-up locations are: 07:15AM Richmond Yaohan Centre, 07:30AM Langara-49th Avenue Station, 07:50AM Burnaby Crystal Mall, 08:15AM Superstore Coquitlam, 08:20AM Surrey Sheraton Guildford Hotel. We will return to Vancouver between approximately 18:30 and 19:30, depending on traffic and weather conditions. We recommend booking an additional night's stay after the tour instead of booking a return flight on the same day.

Long travel days to and from the Rockies but we were aware this would be the case. It was definitely worth the travel to experience the magnificence of the scenery. The tour was well organized and tour guide Lillian, although admitting English was not her first language was easy to understand, friendly, very knowledgeable and always made sure everyone was up to date with travel plans, departure times etc. The fact that we had different groups joining or leaving throughout the trip would have made logistics much harder for Lillian but she managed without any issues. The bus was comfortable and it was great there were only 38 people on the tour so didn't feel squashed, although not sure how a select few had the front two rows saved for them. The toilet on the bus was out of action but there were plenty of rest stops so this was not an issue. We were a bit disappointed that the bus driver did not stop when we saw some moose on the side of the road but maybe this was a safety issue The hotels were very clean and comfortable with easy check in requiring only collection of pre organized room keys. Breakfasts were very good at the hotels in Clearwater, Banff and Vernon but the Whistler Inn in Jasper was poor. They rushed us through with limited seating and only supplied, juice, pre buttered whole meal toast, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon. As we were leaving the dining room they were putting out cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries etc. for the next tour group so felt we were treated as a budget group which the other hotels didn't. My only complaint about the tour was that it was difficult to find out much about the tour, times, numbers, tour guide etc. before the tour commenced. We were given a pickup point a few kms from our hotel only to find a large group were picked up at a hotel only about 500m from our hotel. With a group of 11 including five children that pick-up point would have been much easier. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour where we saw and experienced the highlights of the Rocky Mountains.Show more
