The full-day excursion is available From mid-April to early November. You are unable to do your own thing on day 3. And the Cable cars will be operating in Nov.

What do we do with our luggage while we travel all around Switzerland?

You're luggage will be at the hotel, or in the vehicle which will be taking you to one city to the other.

Do you arrange for airfare? I'd be leaving from EWR.
