- Day 1
Rio de Janeiro
You'll arrive at Rio de Janeiro International Airport and get transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and rest after your flight.

- Day 2
Rio de Janeiro
This morning starts with breakfast, then you're heading out on a full city tour. First up is Christ the Redeemer on top of Corcovado Mountain where you'll get panoramic views of the whole city. From there you'll pass by the Sambadrome, Metropolitan Cathedral, Maracanã Stadium, and the colorful Selarón Steps. Lunch is included during the tour. By afternoon you'll take the cable car up Sugarloaf Mountain for 360 degree views, and the day wraps up with a scenic drive along the South Zone beaches, cruising past Copacabana and Ipanema.

Rio de Janeiro
You have the full day to explore Rio on your own. Breakfast is waiting for you at the hotel. If you want some structure, several optional tours are available including trips to the Imperial City of Petrópolis, downtown Rio, the favelas, the Botanical Garden and Tijuca Forest, or you can check out some of the city's newer attractions.

Rio de Janeiro to Ilha Grande
After breakfast you'll get a regular transfer to Angra dos Reis, then take a boat from there to Ilha Grande. Once you arrive, someone will help with your luggage and you'll check into your accommodation. The rest of the day is open for you to explore the island.

Ilha Grande
You're taking a boat tour to Lopes Mendes Beach today, one of Brazil's best beaches with almost 3 kilometers of sand. The boat leaves from Vila de Abrao and you'll sail for about 45 minutes to Pouso Beach, then walk for 30 minutes through the Atlantic Forest to reach Lopes Mendes. After that you have free time to enjoy the beach before heading back to your hotel.

This is your free day on Ilha Grande. Do whatever appeals to you at your own pace with no scheduled activities.
