Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Lhasa

Your guide meets you at Lhasa airport and takes you to the hotel. Spend this first day settling in and getting used to the altitude, which sits around 11,975 feet above sea level. Rest is key here, so take things slowly, drink plenty of water, and get good sleep. Most people adjust well by the next day, so don't worry if you feel a bit tired or lightheaded.
