Itinerary
- Day 1
Strasbourg
You'll meet your guide at 3:30 pm at Hotel Beaucours to start exploring Strasbourg's half-timbered streets on foot. The walk takes you through Petite France, where you can see historic houses along the Ill canals and visit the cathedral with its ornate portals and famous astronomical clock. After that, wander through the winding alleyways, grab drinks at a street café, and finish with dinner at a traditional restaurant in the old town.

- Day 2
Strasbourg to Alsace countryside
After breakfast, you'll adjust your e-bike near one of the old town gates and cycle south on small side roads with Vosges Mountains in view. The ride takes you through fields and meadows between the Ill and Rhine rivers. Around midday, you'll have a picnic buffet in nature. From there, continue cycling along the River Ill back to your hotel through quiet countryside.

Colmar
This morning you'll cycle leisurely to Colmar and take a guided tour of the old town, seeing half-timbered houses with intricate wood carvings. Stop at the Unterlinden Museum (a former monastery) to see the famous Isenheim Altarpiece by Mathias Grünewald. After lunch at a local bistro, cycle through Alsatian vineyards and small villages to Eguisheim. Dinner tonight is at a typical Alsatian restaurant.

Riquewihr - Hochkönigsburg - Saint-Hippolyte
You'll cycle through Alsace's most famous vineyards, passing medieval villages and traveling on quiet paths through hilly vineyard trails. Reach Riquewihr in the late afternoon to see its gate tower and half-timbered houses with hidden courtyards. A short transfer takes you to Hohkönisburg Castle perched on a rocky spur, then bike gently downhill through the Vosges forest to Saint-Hippolyte surrounded by vineyards.

Sélestat - Dambach-la-Ville - Obernai
Starting on your e-bikes, you'll reach Sélestat for a guided tour of the famous Humanist Library with treasures from the 7th to 12th centuries. Cycle past geranium-decorated half-timbered manor houses to Dambach-la-Ville to see the old town wall and Renaissance fountain. Continue through vineyard paths and charming villages to arrive in Obernai. Dinner is at a good cuisine restaurant.

Begin with a walk through Obernai's neo-Gothic church and narrow streets, then cycle into a hilly vineyard landscape with cozy villages. Pass through tiny market towns with half-timbered houses and flower bushes. Around midday, visit the magnificent Romanesque Church of St. Peter and Paul in Rosheim with its unique roof riders. Continue on small side roads and a former railroad line back to Strasbourg. Spend the afternoon strolling alleyways and enjoying aperitifs by the canals before your final dinner at a popular restaurant.
