Amsterdam to Cologne
This morning you have options in Amsterdam. You can take a canal cruise to see the city from the water, join a walking tour to learn about local culture and try herring, or head out to Schermerhorn to see 16th-century windmills. The ship departs for Cologne in the afternoon, so plan accordingly and be back by departure time.

Rüdesheim
The ship docks in Rudesheim, a wine town with steep vineyards surrounding it. You'll take a mini train to Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum to see around 350 instruments from the 18th and 19th centuries. Later, there's time to walk through the town center with its half-timbered houses, shops selling cuckoo clocks, and wine taverns where you can try local wines.
