    We have English speaking trips in the Canadian Rockies like this one - Best of the Canadian Rockies - which have 12 passengers maximum. We are close to being able to confirm our August 20th departure of this tour, Best of the Canadian Rockies, if those dates work for you. Otherwise unfortunately we dont have earlier dates but we could customize something for you.

    This tour is about sightseeing, scenic drives, and leisurely exploration — not strenuous hiking. That said, the Rockies have their own agenda when it comes to weather, and layers will serve you well every single day.
    
    Clothing
    Comfortable walking shoes — well-worn walking shoes or light trail shoes are perfect; no need for heavy boots
    Warm mid-layer — a fleece or light down jacket
    Waterproof outer shell
    Comfortable, casual pants or jeans
    Casual t-shirts, long and/or short sleeve
    Warm hat and a light pair of gloves for chilly mornings
    Sun hat
    Swimsuit if you would like to check out the Banff Upper Hot Springs
    
    Day-to-Day Essentials
    Small day bag or backpack (15–25L) — for layers, snacks, and your camera
    Reusable water bottle — 1L recommended
    Sunscreen SPF 30+
    Sunglasses with UV protection
    Insect repellent
    Camera or phone with plenty of storage — you will fill it
    Portable power bank — some excursions are full days
    Cash (CAD) — most places accept cards, but a few local gems are cash-only
    
    Documents & Admin
    Photo ID — passport if travelling internationally
    Travel insurance documents — physical and digital copy
    Prescription medications in original labelled containers
    
    
    What to Leave at Home
    Heavy hiking boots — we're not scrambling peaks; your feet will thank you

  We are considering the 5 day tour and we are a group of 4. If I book for 4 with twin beds/shared room, does that mean we will get 2 rooms? We would prefer 2 rooms with 2 in each room, and twin beds.

    Yes the price is based on 2 people per room, so you will get 2 rooms for 4 people. We can definitely ensure you have two beds in the room too - that is no problem.

    Do they recommend we fly into Calgary and take a shuttle to Banff? Do they have a recommended shuttle company? How long is the ride from the hotel to the airport? What time is the tour over on the last day?

    Yes, Calgary is the best airport to fly into. We would be happy to help you book either a private shuttle using one of our vehicles, or you can book the "Banff Airporter" shuttle. We can also help book that for you if you like. The transfer is 1.5-2h depending on your mode of transport. There is no sightseeing on Day 5 (June 8), so you can depart any time. If you need to depart on Day 4, the sightseeing will be over around lunch time. We do include the hotel that night, so let us know if you wanted to depart on Day 4.

    We have booked our flights and would like more info on the transport service. We are a group of 4. The price of the private shuttle vs airport shuttle will help us decide which one. We need to arrange a ride from Calgary to the hotel in Banff for the tour. We would like to arrange a ride from Banff to the airport. Our flight departs at 11am.

    We can arrange a private transfer for the 4 of you with luggage in our luxury SUV which is $490 CAD + 5% tax. The other option would be the Banff Airporter shuttle which is around $83 CAD + tax per person. The private transfer could be at any time you choose and will be a bit quicker as they don't need to do other drop offs. They can also pick you up from your Calgary hotel, instead of having to get back to the terminal.
