  Do they recommend we fly into Calgary and take a shuttle to Banff? Do they have a recommended shuttle company? How long is the ride from the hotel to the airport? What time is the tour over on the last day?

  Yes, Calgary is the best airport to fly into. We would be happy to help you book either a private shuttle using one of our vehicles, or you can book the "Banff Airporter" shuttle. We can also help book that for you if you like. The transfer is 1.5-2h depending on your mode of transport. There is no sightseeing on Day 5 (June 8), so you can depart any time. If you need to depart on Day 4, the sightseeing will be over around lunch time. We do include the hotel that night, so let us know if you wanted to depart on Day 4.

  We have booked our flights and would like more info on the transport service. We are a group of 4. The price of the private shuttle vs airport shuttle will help us decide which one. We need to arrange a ride from Calgary to the hotel in Banff for the tour. We would like to arrange a ride from Banff to the airport. Our flight departs at 11am.

  We can arrange a private transfer for the 4 of you with luggage in our luxury SUV which is $490 CAD + 5% tax. The other option would be the Banff Airporter shuttle which is around $83 CAD + tax per person. The private transfer could be at any time you choose and will be a bit quicker as they don't need to do other drop offs. They can also pick you up from your Calgary hotel, instead of having to get back to the terminal.
