    Why the price difference between September 23-30 and September 30 an October 7? Any weather difference between those dates? I've heard finding restaurants in Banff difficult to get because they're so crowded. Do you assist with that? In general, how early are departure times on the Rocky Mountaineer and how long is travel duration?

      To address your immediate inquiry, I do not show that we have 9/23/26 available for booking, however we do have availability for the departure of 9/30/26.

      Our Tour Managers will provide you with restaurants suggestions while on tour.

      The ride aboard the train can be anywhere from 6-8 hours depending on the destination.

      Weather conditions from September to October can vary, and temperatures may be a bit cooler during this period.

      Your Tour Manager will provide menu options based on the restaurants selected throughout the tour.

      Transportation between destinations on this itinerary will be provided by coach bus.

      Train boarding times may vary, with some departures beginning as early as 7:00 a.m. Once you meet your Tour Manager, they will conduct a group briefing to answer any questions and review important details about your trip.

      Your return will take place on Day 8 from Calgary, marking the conclusion of your program.
