We did not have a good experience with this company. Fault blame is mixed. Due to the high cost of insurance that Collette offers, adding one more cost to the trip would have made it unmanageable. In June, we had piggybacked a tour out of Vancouver, after an Alaskan cruise, for the Rocky Mountaineer. While on the ship we managed to go sick. We should have done the tour anyway. It is highly unlikely we would ever use this company again. It was expensive and they were inflexible. We would have been willing to reschedule for another time. Knowing what we, do about cancelling tours and hotel services, most can be cancelled with 24 hr. advance notice. That would have made the train reservation, hotel stays, food service and tours all extra profit for Collette.Show more
