The Nile cruise will likely be the Blue Shadow IV or a similar vessel. It offers guaranteed departures, and our most recent travelers were highly satisfied with their experience. The Blue Shadow IV underwent a recent full renovation. We will confirm the exact name of the cruise within a week before your tour begins. In all cases, it will be either Blue Shadow IV or a higher-quality Nile cruise.

At the last minute, the cruise we initially wanted was cancelled, so we booked through TourRadar, which connected us with different local agencies, including Tour Share, and with the cruise operator Solaris. Everything was very well coordinated, and availability was confirmed quickly. Once in Egypt, we felt supported throughout the trip. The team stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t need anything. The day before the cruise started, our local guide contacted us and picked us up at the hotel. Mahmoud was our guide, and it truly felt like traveling with a friend. We were traveling as a couple, so all visits and excursions were private, not in a group, which made the experience much more relaxed and personal. The cruise itself was exactly what we had booked. Very comfortable, well organized, and with an extremely kind and attentive crew. Cruising the Nile was an unforgettable experience and something we highly recommend. Luxor is full of incredible historical sites, and we would have loved to stay longer. We got the boat we wanted on our Nile cruise with the guide included thanks to it. Upon arriving in Luxor, we met our guide, Mahmoud, quite a surprise. For the next 4 days he was with us and was a magnificent guide who enlightened us with the history of Egypt in every temple or site we visited along the Nile, something that for us meant a great difference from other guides we might have had.
