Unfortunately, we do not have an Italian group scheduled for your requested date. The pickup from your hotel in Luxor is included in the trip on November 9th. Your cruise will be a standard 5-star Nile cruise on a full-board basis. We always do our best to arrange cabins on higher decks, away from the engine, to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Do you have pics of each room type you have available? Are the standard double rooms exterior to the river? Where on the 2nd of august will be located the boat for the solar eclipse? Will be total or partial?

Our Nile cruises are primarily operated aboard the Blue Shadow IV (or a vessel of equivalent standard should it be fully booked at the time of your confirmation). I will share photos of our standard double cabins shortly so you can preview the accommodations. Please note all cabins are in front so it's river view cabins! Regarding the schedule for August 2nd, the cruise ship will be docked in Luxor on that date, placing you in an ideal location to experience the solar eclipse event. Yes, you will be able to catch your 12:35 PM flight from Aswan Airport comfortably on February 12th. Option A: Including the Optional Abu Simbel Excursion February 11th: Early morning departure to Abu Simbel. February 12th: Visit Philae Temple in the morning, followed by a direct transfer to Aswan Airport in time for your flight. Option B: Without the Abu Simbel Excursion February 11th: Standard visit to Philae Temple, with the option to join an afternoon excursion to the Nubian Village. February 12th: A relaxed, free morning on board, followed by an airport transfer around 10:00 AM. You are more than welcome to look up the vessel online, when we say or similar that means it's not granted if you book one year in advance but we grantees the category and service. The confirmed rate for the August 24th, 2026 departure is $500 USD per person (unless you hold an active promotional code through TourRadar, which may apply additional discounts). What is Included: Pick-up & Drop-off Transfers: Includes pick-up from any hotel/location in Luxor at the start of the tour and drop-off to the airport or train station in Aswan upon departure. 4-Night Nile Cruise: Full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included on board). Guiding & Logistics: Professional English-speaking guide and full operational coordination throughout the itinerary. if i will come in the afternoon (16:45 to the airport, we can start directly with the tour?) or we have to do first the check in so it is not possible visite Karnak temple directly?

Unfortunately it's not possible to visit karnak temple by this time because the temple closes at 17:00 so you can only visit luxor temple.

Will the guide just be for us or for a bigger group? If part of a bigger group could you please let us know how many other people would be part of the group for the tour departing on the 02.02.26? What is the name of the boat included in the tour? How old is the boat? What is the room class? Is it a guaranteed departure?

Regarding the group size for the date you mentioned, we currently don't have any confirmed bookings. Therefore, it will be a private tour, and the guide will be for just two of you. The Nile cruise will likely be the Blue Shadow IV or a similar vessel. It offers guaranteed departures, and our most recent travelers were highly satisfied with their experience. The Blue Shadow IV underwent a recent full renovation. We will confirm the exact name of the cruise within a week before your tour begins. In all cases, it will be either Blue Shadow IV or a higher-quality Nile cruise.

Are you able to provide photos for what the double occupancy room looks like compared to the upgraded double occupancy room?

There are distinct differences between the 5-star standard Nile cruise and the 5-star ultra deluxe Nile cruise. The ultra deluxe cruise offers superior food quality, spacious cabins with balconies, fewer passengers, a more relaxed pace, and other luxurious amenities. A 5-star standard Nile cruise would be on a ship like the MS/Princess Sarah II or a similar vessel. The cabins are approximately 20-25 square meters in size. "Blue Shadow 4 or Similar" is the biggest uncertainty. Whether 24 August 2026 is confirmed for the $485 price, rather than merely the generic August price.

The ultra deluxe cruise offers superior food quality, spacious cabins with balconies, fewer passengers, a more relaxed pace, and other luxurious amenities. A 5-star standard Nile cruise would be on a ship like the MS/Princess Sarah II or a similar vessel. The cabins are approximately 20-25 square meters in size. In contrast, a 5-star ultra deluxe cruise would be on a ship like the Sonesta Star Goddess Ultra Deluxe or a similar vessel. The cabins would be at least 30 square meters or more.
