Scottsdale to Grand Canyon South Rim
After breakfast, you'll drive out to Sedona where you can wander around the colorful sandstone formations and browse through the local arts and crafts shops at your own pace. From there, you'll head through Kaibab National Forest and arrive at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon by late afternoon.

Grand Canyon to Lake Powell
You'll follow East Rim Drive heading toward Cameron Trading Post, which is a historic spot where traders and travelers have stopped for generations. Later you'll continue across the desert landscape and reach your Lake Powell resort. After checking in, you'll have dinner with views of the blue water stretching out in front of you.

Lake Powell
This morning you'll do a guided rafting trip on the Colorado River out to Horseshoe Bend, taking in the canyon from the water level. The afternoon brings a cruise across Lake Powell where you can relax and see the landscape from a different perspective.

Lake Powell to Bryce Canyon to Springdale
You'll travel to Bryce Canyon National Park and spend time exploring the hoodoos, which are those distinctive rock formations in orange and red colors. Walking along Sunset Point and Sunrise Point Rim Trail gives you wide views across the formations. After that, you'll head to Springdale, which sits right at the entrance to Zion.

Zion National Park
You'll spend the day in Zion National Park checking out the red and white sandstone cliffs. The open-air tram takes you through Zion Canyon, which drops about 2,400 feet with the Virgin River running alongside. In the afternoon, you can choose between visiting the Zion Human History Museum to learn about Native American and pioneer history, or exploring the park on your own.
