Overall, we had a decent experience in Rio with room for improvement. Transfers to/from airport were well communicated via WhatsApp. Staff at Hotel Ibis Posto 5 were welcoming and common spaces were nice at this hotel. The included breakfast was very good. Rooms at Ibis Posto 5 were small and basic. Our full day of touring was super with a competent guide who clearly outlined highlights of Rio. The second half day was disappointing - we were not able to complete the itinerary due to power outages, crowds and traffic issues. I requested compensation from the local tour operator to no avail. Better planning on their behalf would have prevented wasting our time that afternoon. We did have a good rapport with our guide and realize some things were out of his control. Overall, a decent budget experience with some highlights and some disappointment.Show more

  * 1 night in a pousada in Atins, including breakfast
  * The 3-day / 2-night trekking experience
  * 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 traditional dinners during the trek
  
  Day 1: 10 km hike (approximately 4 hours) through dunes and lagoons, from Lagoa da Pininga to Baixa Grande.
  
  Day 2: 12 km crossing (approximately 5 hours) to Queimada dos Britos, with stops for swimming and enjoying the dune landscapes.
  
  Day 3: 20–25 km hike (approximately 8–10 hours) to Lagoa das Emendadas, including swimming opportunities in the lagoons, finishing in Santo Amaro.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with ETours Brazil DMC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and ETours Brazil DMC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
