The crew was very kind and offered good service. The itinerary unfortunately changed because of the water level of the river. This changed days and times, unfortunately I missed meeting with a friend that lives in Salzburg in Linz. We had planned it ahead of time, she had made arrangements to go to Linz on the scheduled day which originally was going to be the last day but after the last minute changes became the first. I only found out when I arrived to board the ship. Instead we all hoy in a bus and after 2,5 hours found out what was going on. The one thing that Lueftner could improve is communication with passengers regarding changes and policies. The ship is very nice, it would be great to have hammocks on the top to enjoy the terrace.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
