TourRadar & Europamundo I ran into serious issues during my trip with Europamundo: they gave us the wrong location for our 7:00 AM meeting point on the very first day, and they failed to tell us where the tour would end at 8:00 PM on the final day. Starting the trip like this caused an immense amount of stress right from the beginning, and because we didn't know the final drop-off location, we couldn't book our last night's accommodation in advance—leaving us anxious and stressed out for the entire duration of the trip. When I reached out for help, TourRadar completely refused to provide any mediation, simply telling me to resolve it directly with Europamundo. Europamundo themselves are terrible at listening to customer complaints and skillfully twist their words to make it sound like they are never at fault. 2. Comparing Customer Service with Other Platforms Other booking platforms handle accountability and customer care much better: Tour4fun: When they judged that a service provided by a tour operator wasn't fair, they stepped in and issued compensation. iCruise: When I booked a cruise room that was advertised as having a bathtub, it turned out the cruise line's description was incorrect and the room actually didn't have one. Even though the mistake was on the cruise line's end rather than the platform itself, iCruise still stepped up and provided compensation. Because of that level of accountability, I will definitely use their platform for my next cruise. TourRadar: In contrast, offered zero support or mediation when problems arose. Route / Overall Reflection When a tour has a rating below 3 stars, there is always a valid reason behind it. I feel like it was my own fault for ignoring those warning signs.Show more

Leave bad taste of my experience with Europamundo. Not my first time with this company but very disappointed at current trip. The itinerary has meeting point at Hotel AC Marriott Humboldthain (starting hotel not included in the program). Their website advised to download Europamundo app to have most updated info which I did. I keep checking the info through the app and meeting point has always been Hotel AC Marriott Humboldthain. I was at meeting point 30 minutes before meeting time as requested. Only to find out at meeting time that the bus was waiting at Mercure Hotel instead of Hotel AC Marriott Humboldthain. I contacted Europamundo emergency to find a way to rejoin with the group. David from emergency contact was not helpful at all. Eventually he sent me contact number of tour guide. I called her and was told to take the train to meet with the group towards the end of the day. This meant I couldn't participate most of day 1 program. After the incident I contacted Europamundo to credit me of day 1 program that I missed including train expense. Their app has never been updated to correct meeting point. They have my contact number on both Europamundo and TourRadar app but their team gave wrong number (missing 1 digit) to the tour guide. She wasn't able to contact me. The entire time all messages come through TourRadar channel but Europanumdo emailed hotel change at 7pm on the night before 7am meeting time the following day. This is to my personal email instead of TourRadar channel which always prompt with I have new message to check. I came back to hotel at 11pm that night. I checked Europamundo app and no change in meeting point. I cheked email and no new message from TourRadar to read. Be mindful if you come across any problem with this company, Europamundo takes no responsibility or whatsoever. All is at your loss. And they perceive they're never wrong. TourRadar do not step in either even though all information is provided. TourRadar is silent the entire communication between Europamundo and me. This is not the first time passenger had to rejoin the group. One of them had the same issue on my last trip with Europamundo. I don't know the detail but she had to take a train to meet us on next destination.Show more
