The only pleasant highlight of this tour was the excellent service provided by Anouar our Car driver/ guide. He was very polite, helpful, kind and efficient and an excellent introduction to Morocco for us. And also Morocco - which wowed us with its beauty culture. versatile and vibrant scenery. As far as hospitality and Hotels are concerned - we wished all our stay were as good as Riad Gabsi at Dades valley … It was an amazing stay with everything par excellent - Food, hospitality, cleanliness and location . We wished that the choice of hotels at other locations was also as thoughtful . Sahara camp experience was especially bad - with us alone in the camp and very stale and bad food. The choice of guides though was very bad except for Amal at Fez - who was super good . Apart from Amal who was amazing - we had a very bad experience with Hassan especially in Marrakech which was such a disappointing experience - he was rude, abrupt and very insulting .. so much so that we had to stop the tour with in first hour and ask him to leave us alone … We saw Marrakech on our own after that . Hot Air Balloon experience was very good as well . The staff was very efficient and made sure that we had an amazing experience .Show more

I had a good time in Morocco. We were two of us travelling . We were provided with a car and a driver(Anaour) who was the very proficient on the road, helpful, accommodative. We felt very safe and taken care off. The accommodation in some Raids were very disappointing. The rooms were tiny, practically no place to keep the luggage, dirty, unvacuumed, the sheets were dirty and the bedding and the pillow had a very gritty smell. The highlight of the accommodation was Riad Gabis in Dades valley. It was a small cozy inn, with clean place friendly staff and a 5 star meal cooked my the owner himself( as we were vegetarian). I recommend any who is visiting Morocco to definitely visit Raid Gabis. The low point of our stay was in the Sahara desert where we had chosen a tent experience. We were just two ladies as guest in the whole camp. There was no other guest in these tents. The food was stale. We were provided guides in four cities. Amal in Fes was just outstanding, very informative and enthusiastic to show around.. she gave us an authentic experience of Fes. the guide in Volubilis, wanted to wrap the tour in just 10-15 mins and kept on insisting that we turn back. We had to explore most of Volubilis on our own. We didn't have much of a different experience in Bin Hadouth either. He was not to willing to take us inside the kabsa and wanted to just point out stuff from outside. The worst of the lot was in Marrakech, Mr.Hasan. He meet us in the hotel and got annoyed when we read to him what the itinerary. He was unencouraging for us to visit the mosque, tombs, palace etc, saying its a long walk, kept insisting how much the ticket costs and if we can manage to pay that etc... but the worst was we asked him a question. He started to shout saying that we don't trust him etc, despite of us asking him very politely, to continue the tour, he kept up his attitude and we had to let him go. This behavior of and guide shouting on travelers in a visitor filled alley was definitely a new experience for me. Over all I had a good travel and found Morocco a great place for holiday, very safe and offers variety of activities.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
