Where do we meet on day 1?

Your meeting on the first day will take place at the designated London hotel, Holiday Inn Brentford Lock, located at Commerce Road, London, United Kingdom, TW8 8GA. You are responsible for arranging your own pre-night stay, as it is required due to the early departure schedule and is not included in the tour package. The tour will leave the London hotel between 04:00 - 09:00. When booking your pre-night accommodation, we recommend choosing a flexible reservation policy in case of hotel changes before departure, avoid non-refundable or prepaid rates. At least five days prior to departure, you will also receive an email from your Travel Director confirming the departure time and hotel details. Starting hotels may be subject to change and should therefore check any pre departure emails and those from the Travel Director.

Is there any restrictions on suit case sizes and weights

Luggage is restricted to one suitcase per person not exceeding 30"x18"x10" (76x46x25cm) and weight not exceeding 50lbs. (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14cm) and weight not exceeding 15.4lbs. (7kg) to fit under the coach seat or in the small overhead compartment and must be taken on and off the coach by the guest.

What time does the tour get back to London on the 30th May ?

Guests are dropped off at the tour hotel in London late afternoon/early evening on the last day of the tour (30 May 2026) at approximately 4:30pm. For departure flights, we do not recommend flying in the evening on the last day of the tour, as unforeseen circumstances may arise upon return to London and cause delays. Travel times from Central London to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) can range from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. A post night in London is strongly recommended and is not included as part of the tour.

You can do laundry half way through during a 2 night hotel stay. Take advantage of it. Chris was a great tour guide and I felt safe with Tony driving. Would definitely recommend.Show more

  The tour will depart from a London hotel and return to London at the end. A pre-night stay in London is required, while a post-night stay is strongly recommended. At present, London hotels are still being validated and are not yet available, as your preferred date is scheduled for next year. Once updates are available, you will be notified after booking.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
