London & Southern England
Start your London visit with a morning tour of the main sites. "Our morning orientation gave us the perfect overview - but book afternoon activities since London morning traffic can be intense." On day 2 visit Stonehenge before 10 AM to avoid the crowds. Travel to Bath to see the Roman Baths. A practical note: The limestone steps at the baths can get slippery so wear shoes with good grip.

Wales & Ireland
Visit Cardiff Castle in Wales before taking the 4-hour ferry from Pembroke to Rosslare Ireland. Start your next day at Waterford's crystal factory. Spend day 7 in Edinburgh starting at the castle. A recent visitor advised: "Get to the castle right at opening (9:30 AM) - by 11 AM the Royal Mile gets incredibly busy." On day 8 travel south through Northumberland to see Hadrian's Wall on your way to York. Visit York's Shambles after 4 PM when most tourists have left.

Visit Shakespeare's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage in Stratford-upon-Avon. A good tip from a visitor: "Book theatre tickets well in advance if you want to see a Royal Shakespeare Company performance." Head back to London for your final evening. The tour ends the next morning.

For evening entertainment, ask locals where to find traditional music sessions.

Cliffs of Moher & Galway
Start early to Limerick for the Cliffs tour. Stop for lunch at O'Connor's Pub in Doolin before seeing the Cliffs. The drive to Galway through the Burren's limestone landscape is beautiful. Bring a good jacket and walking shoes. The Cliffs get very windy.

Visit Inis Mór, the biggest Aran Island, and explore Connemara. Give yourself 75 minutes to see Dún Aonghasa fort on Inis Mór. In Connemara, take the scenic route through Leenane and Kylemore Abbey. Giant's Causeway Day Trip
Leave Dublin Connolly at 06:50 for Belfast, then continue along the beautiful Antrim Coast. You'll pass through pretty villages like Carnlough and Cushendall. You get about 2 hours at the Causeway to explore the rock formations and visitor center. Back in Dublin by 22:15 (20:15 November-February).

Use this day to see anything you missed in Dublin. The center is easy to walk around. Visit Kilmainham Gaol for Irish history or shop on Grafton Street. Most attractions open at 9:30 AM, so plan accordingly if you're leaving that afternoon.

"The Gravity Bar at Guinness gets packed - go right when they open at 11:30am for the best views over Dublin."

Start at the Irish National Stud farm in County Kildare to learn about Ireland's thoroughbred traditions. Visit medieval Kilkenny next before reaching Waterford with its famous crystal craftsmanship.
