Trip was good, but it did not get off to a good start. After arriving in Honolulu and picking up our bags at baggage claim, we waited for a call or text to let us know where to go to be picked up, but did not receive either. So I called and provided the confirmation number, but was told that they do not see that number. So, they told us where to go, and we were picked up and transferred to our hotel. At the hotel, when we checked in, they told us that we needed to pay a resort fee $267.10, which I was not aware of. So I paid with my credit card. But later on, they realized that was an error on their part. So they said I would be credited for the charge on my card. But so far, I haven’t seen the credit put back on my card. But hopefully soon. Besides these things, everything else was good, and very organized. I liked how I would receive texts the day before the activities to remind us where to meet, and the time to be picked up.Show more

Hello Garvin, Thank you for your feedback, the hotel must have charged by mistake the resort fees as it is already covered by us so you should be getting that back to your card or sometime they just hold the charge on card but they dont charge the card. Either way allow up to few business days and then follow up with hotel or mesaage us over whatsapp so we can coordinate for you with the hotel. Related to airport transfer which was already included and booked for you, usually the process is that on arrival you just call the shuttle to coordinate thr pickup point since parking shuttle for long time is not allowed at the airport. For tours departing after October 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Bucket List Group Travel LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
