Belgrade
You'll arrive in Belgrade and head to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, the afternoon and early evening are yours to relax. Later on, take a walk through Skadarlija, the city's charming 19th-century bohemian quarter. The traditional kafanas there serve local food with live music playing, giving you a real taste of Belgrade's character.

- Day 2
Belgrade
Start your day with a panoramic tour of Belgrade that shows both socialist-era buildings and how the city's transformed. You'll see the Temple of Saint Sava and walk through the pedestrian zones including Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street. During lunch, grab coffee and rakija at a historic tavern. After that, head to Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park where you can take in views of the Sava and Danube rivers meeting.

Belgrade to Zagreb to Otočec Castle to Ljubljana
Check out of your Belgrade hotel and travel to Zagreb. Once there, walk through medieval Kaptol and see the Franciscan monastery with its 13th-century Church of Saint Francis. You'll also check out Dolac farmers' market and the baroque Church of Saint Mary. Grab lunch in the city, then continue on toward Slovenia. Before reaching Ljubljana, stop at Oto\u010dec Castle overlooking the Krka River, then finish your drive to Ljubljana for hotel check-in.

- Day 4
Lake Bled - Ljubljana
Your guided tour of Ljubljana covers the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, the baroque Town Hall, Mestni Trg, Robba's Fountain, and the central market along with the iconic Triple Bridge. Later, head to Lake Bled for a pletna boat ride out to the Church of Saint Mary on the island. Then climb up to Bled Castle perched on the cliff above the lake. Try the famous Bled krempita cream cake before heading back to Ljubljana for the evening.

Postojna Cave - Goriska Hills - Portorož
After checking out, travel to Postojna Cave, one of Slovenia's most visited attractions. You'll board an electric train that takes you through the limestone formations with stalactites, stalagmites, and underground waterfalls. From there, head into the Goriska Hills wine region on the Slovenia-Italy border. Visit the medieval village of \u0160martno and do a wine tasting at an authentic winery, sampling local Rebula. Then continue on to coastal Portoro\u017e for your hotel check-in.

Opatija - Plitvice Lakes National Park
Check out and head to Opatija, an aristocratic town with distinct history and architecture. Spend some time over coffee exploring the famous Lungomare promenade with its sea views. Then drive through picturesque countryside and charming villages toward Plitvice Lakes National Park. Once there, a 3-hour guided tour takes you through the park's 16 interconnected cascading lakes. You'll have time to relax at nearby restaurants in the natural surroundings before checking into your hotel.

- Day 9
Trogir - Split
Travel to Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site on a small island with beautiful architecture and a palm-lined waterfront. Walk through the medieval streets and see the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, Clock Tower, Loggia, Land Gate, Kamerlengo Castle, and Saint Mark's Tower featuring Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Then continue to Split and enter through the Golden Gate into Diocletian's Palace complex. Explore the narrow cobblestone streets, markets, and courtyards, visit the former Temple of Jupiter and Cathedral of Saint Domnius, then stroll the Riva promenade before hotel check-in.

- Day 10
Hvar Island - Split
Drive to the ferry port and board a high-speed catamaran to Hvar Island. During your time there, take a walking tour covering the harbour, Renaissance Cathedral, Benedictine Convent, Franciscan monastery, and Church of Our Lady of Mercy. You'll also see the Venetian architecture and traffic-free cobbled streets with restaurants and bars. The rest of the day is free for you to explore based on what interests you most before returning to Split by late afternoon.
