    Many of the hotels we use during our multi-day tours are situated in remote locations that are far away from light pollution, making them ideal for Northern Lights sightings. If the weather conditions are favorable, there's a high likelihood of seeing the enchanting display of the dancing Northern Lights during your tour with us. Most hotels also provide a Northern Lights wake-up call upon request at the frontdesk when the lights are observed. Please keep in mind that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and we cannot guarantee their appearance, the best chances of seeing them occur between September and March when the skies are dark and clear.
    
    Yes, we do offer hotel pickup from various location in Reykjavík.
    
    Entrance fee to Blue Lagoon as well as transfer is included.

    We could offer Hotel Cabin/ Norðurey City Garden Hotel for around 300 USD per night with breakfast included (standard room).

  Does this tour start and end in Reykjavik and include Reykjavik, Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon, South Coast with Skagafoss Waterfall, Jokulsarlon Glacier, Diamond Beach, and Snaefellsness? No adventure, no hiking.

    The tour covers everything except Blue Lagoon and Snaefellsnes Peninsula. As an extra activity, you can add another 2 lagoons, one in the east: Vök baths, and one in the north: Forest Lagoon.

  Will I need to purchase hotel for the night prior to the tour start and the night of the last day of tour? Also, are there transfer services that are recommended to and from the airport?

    Yes or you can also contact us to take care of the additional pre and post accomodation.
    
    There's a few companies operating Transfers from and to the Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik. Those can be shared on a big bus or private on a small veichule

  What happens if the trip doesn't fill up? Do you cancel it? What is the minimum you'll take? I am concerned about buying flight tickets, booking hotel before & after and then having trip cancelled.

    I assume I will get information on where to met the group in Reykjavik? If I can get that now I will try to arrange for a hotel near by. If you have hotel suggestions on that, please let me know.

    As you will be arriving on July 8th, we would then need to know where will you stay accommodated so we can confirm the pickup location on July 10th. There are some hotels we can pickup directly from:
    - Hotel Klettur
    - Hotel Cabin
    - Grand Hotel Reykjavík
    - Hilton Reykjavík Nordic
    - Reykjavík Lights Hotel
    - Hotel Muli
    - Oddsson Midtown Hotel
    
    If you see any other hotel, please let us know and we can check if we pickup directly from or you need to go to a nearest pickup location.
    
    You will then be back to Reykjavík on July 15th to Reykjavík at around 19:00.

    Would the Sand Hotel by Keahotels (Laugavegur 34), the Apotek Hotel Reykjavik by Keahotel or the Thingholt by Center Hotels be options for convenient pickup locations?

    I have now booked a hotel for July 8th & 9th in the Fosshotel Reykjavik Hotel. I believe their address is Porunnartun 1, 105 Reykjavik. Please let me know what bus stop I will need to go to for tour pick up on July 10th. Do you drop out an any nice hotels closer to the airport at all.

    Bus Stop #12 is just right outside of Fosshótel Reykjavík, so the pickup can be set up there. As for the drop off, I am afraid we do not pickup/ drop off outside of Reykjavík area.

    Cancellation Policy for Multi-Day Tours & Packages:
    Multi-Day Tours are all scheduled group tours that include accommodation and packages are day tours sold together with accommodation.
    
    • 100% refund of the tour price, if canceled 7 days or more prior to the starting time of the tour.
    • 50% refund of the tour price, if canceled 7 days or less prior to the starting time of the tour.
    • No refund is given if canceled 48 hours or less prior to the starting time of the tour.
