We are seniors, and we were wondering how our luggage would be handled on this tour. Can you please help me with this question?

Coach tours: Maximum of one suitcase per person, with a maximum weight of 30 kg (66 lbs). Small wheeled suitcases are not permitted inside the vehicle. Luggage compartment is sized to accommodate only one standard suitcase per passenger. Carry-on luggage must be very small with no designated storage.

Is it possible then to take this tour?

The arrival transfer is included from the airport to our hotel on the date that you prefer. If you arrive at port, we are unable to give the transfer, however you can start the tour that day without problem. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers.

Most, if not all the tour guides were: knowledgable, humorous, and considerate. At one point where my group was smaller (just me), my english speaking guide was very kind. She talked with me and helped incorporate my interests into the scheduled free time. She recommended me which districts in Tokyo I should check out to see more anime/gaming shops and places to shop for young stylish clothing. I had a great experience as an english only speaker. Even as part of the minority on the tour who only spoke english, the tour guides didn't leave us out by any means. Although some spots felt a bit rushed, it is understandable considering just how much you will see. I can confidently recommend this tour.Show more

  Is it possible to arrange transportation from the cruise port to the hotel in Tokyo that day so we can start the tour? We are seniors 70 and 75 years. If by anything we can't make it is the down payment reimbursed?

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
