We don't have a shorter trip hiking trip in Poland to offer you, but you may prefer our Highlights of Poland trip code KWW which is also an 8 day trip. It still has some activities but not as active as the hiking trip.

Concerned with the physical requirements of the June Tatar Mts hike in Poland. I hiked Croatia last year and am physically active ( hiking regularly) but-- I am 69. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew or hold anyone up. Thoughts????

This trip is graded moderate, specifically at the top end of moderate as described in the trip notes. It is definitely for experienced hikers. My advice would be to read through the trip notes and each days activities and see how you feel about each of them.

Can a 10 year old come if accompanied by an adult?

Unfortunately the minimum age requirement for our adult trips is 16, but please do take a look at the Family Experiences section of our website in case anything takes your interest.

I am travelling solo. Would that be a problem for this tour? How many people do you currently have on this tour? Does it rain a lot during this time of year in the area?

Not a problem at all to travel solo, we have a mix of solo travellers and couples. On this departure there is actually 6 solo travellers booked (4 females and 2 males) and then 1 couple so in total we have 8 people booked. Weather wise it can still be mild during the day but will get colder and night and when at altitude. There will be some rain but it is not the wettest month of the year.

will we hike to Morski Oko

Unfortunately this trip doesn't go to Morskie Oko Lake. We are still operating trips to Poland and they are currently unaffected by the situation in Ukraine.
