On our 16 day tour, we had to getup every day at 6 am , then took the bus at 7:45 for two hours drive to a shrine or...
On our 16 day tour, we had to getup every day at 6 am , then took the bus at 7:45 for two hours drive to a shrine or a temple or castle for a quick 1hour walk threw them back on bus again. Their was very little down time. After seeing over a dozen temples they all looked the same. The food in Japan was not that good. I never had a meal that was great being on vacation, that bad. We went to Mount Fuji saw it for 20 minutes then left and went to a monkey park and did not see one monkey.Show more

This tour covered a lot of places quickly! I never would have seen so much on my own. The tour guides--Eduardo, Kiko, Pablo, Marcos, and especially David--went above and beyond to take care of everyone. The hotels and ryokan were lovely and comfortable. Be sure to read daily itineraries carefully because some meals are not covered, and in Kyoto there was no "return to hotel" transport. Overall, a wonderful trip that went to some unique places!Show more

Japan is a lovely country. I didn’t know I booked a predominately Spanish speaking tour. English was translated, but not as much as Spanish. We had three guides which I didn’t know either. Paco was the best of the three. He educated us while we were on the bus as a well as at at the attractions. He also got us to our locations on time or before.The accommodations were as expected. We enjoyed the Ryokan in Nikko where we dressed in traditional Japanese attire, had dinner and slept on a padded mat on the floor. My favorite stop was Snow Monkey Park and seeing the cherry blossoms (Sakura). Be sure to bring an umbrella everywhere just in case. We’re glad we had the opportunity to visit Japan.Show more

- For any tour departing before April 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
