The places we visited were good. Tour guides were excellent. Accommodations/hotels were good except for Crowne Plaza’s awful breakfast. Europamundo seems to cater to mostly Spanish-speaking customers. After a while I felt like I was in South America rather than Japan even though an English interpreter was provided to take care of non Spanish speaking travelers. It is upsetting that when our English speaking tour guide started to talk, the other travellers would converse amongst themselves loudly and the rest of us English-speaking in the back of the bus had a difficult time hearing what was being conveyed. In a line they would cut you off and most times they are rowdy. The only description that comes to mind to describe it is RUDE. I think Europamundo needs to inform their customers to be respectful of others.Show more

The hotels I booked myself at start and finish were all 2-bed rooms for half the price. In short this was once but never again. Moreover, communication with TourRadar itself was extremely laborious, long waits for an answer and not reading the question but giving standard answers. I was never able to install the 1 Gb internet that was promised to me!!! So also TourRadar once but never again!Show more
