This tour was a fantastic option as a solo traveller, especially as I had limited time to organise logistics in my own country. This package gave me a taste of a Vietnam and has succeeded in whetting my appetite for more. It is action packed and that’s something to consider if you like a little more down time. Depending on your energy levels, it can be quite tiring. It was exceptionally well organised and I was continually impressed with the quality and enthusiasm of the local operators/guides, that were chosen by Indochina Today Travel. I appreciated the consistent and responsive communication from Thuy and the team. They were only a message away and very helpful. The quality of the accommodation and food was really great too. Stand out guides were Two (Hanoi city tour), Max (Ninh Binh) and Daniel (Halong Bay boat crew). Really wonderful and knowledgeable! The Halong Bay trip in the Victory Star was my most memorable activity, especially the Sung Sot caves and the story of the descending dragons. And I loved learning about the history of Vietnam in Hanoi, such a rich culture. I would highly recommend using Indochina Today Travel for a stunning taste of VietnamShow more

Great experience as a solo traveler. Some hiccups but overall very well planned. I'd give it a 4.5 stars but rounded up since that is not an option. Gorgeous country! Trinh was my travel advisor and was super responsive to every question I had, and also reached out each night to remind me about the next day's schedule. All tour providers used Whatsapp so that made it easy to coordinate and know when/where to be picked up and dropped off. As a solo traveler I would have preferred to have been with the same group for the entire trip, but I was with different groups each day. I knew this would be the case based on previous reviews so I am not complaining, but it would be nice if the website said that explicitly before you book. Overall, a really great trip and would definitely do it again!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Indochina Today Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
