Dear Andrea, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent trip. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and your guides. We have carefully reviewed our records, including emergency chat and email correspondence, and we only found contact regarding a double room issue, which was promptly resolved. We have no record of passengers being reported as sick during the trip. While we always encourage guests to consider the health and safety of others and take appropriate precautions, ultimately these decisions are made individually. We also note that you did not inform us that you or your son were ill during the tour. Had we known, we would have immediately opened a medical case and provided all possible assistance to ensure your comfort and care. We sincerely regret that you felt uncomfortable and that your experience was affected. Your observations are valuable, and we will continue to review procedures to enhance the well-being and safety of all our guests. Kind regards, Europamundo team

Dear Lynne, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your trip did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your comments. According to our records, the driver was indeed present in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time and waited for you. He even attempted to reach you multiple times by phone, but was unable to locate you. After waiting and receiving no response, he had no choice but to leave. We regret that this situation occurred, especially since we always provide a specific meeting point, a waiting time, and an emergency number precisely to avoid these types of inconveniences. Unfortunately, we received no communication from your side that could have allowed us to assist you in rescheduling or resolving the matter in real time. Regarding the beginning of the tour, as indicated both at the top of the itinerary and prior to purchase, there is no welcome meeting on the first day. Instead, information is provided on a poster in the hotel lobby. Should you have had any questions, we would have been happy to assist you if contacted. As for the buses, please note that all our vehicles meet the legal size and safety standards established in Europe. We understand that long journeys can be tiring, and we are sorry if you found the seating uncomfortable. However, everything provided was in accordance with the service contracted. We sincerely regret that your experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been and appreciate your feedback, which will be shared with the relevant departments for review. Kind regards, Europamundo team

    Asked on June 5th, 2025

Can I get a trip Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon for 1 person.

    Tour Details
    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten June 2025

Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure.

    • S

      Stuart

      TravelerWritten June 2025

I will be reaching Barcelona on Dec 29th night and leaving from Barcelona on Jan 10th. I have very little flexibility as I will be traveling to Asia from Barcelona. I have some flexibility of changing from Barcelona to Madrid but always from the same airport.

Are the prices double occupancy per room? If so, are there options for three in a room?

Yes, we can offer you a triple room. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator.

      Jennifer

      TravelerWritten March 2025

Are there recommendations between traveling in June or September? So a triple room means 3 beds? Also, how would this affect the price per person?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten March 2025

June and September offer different experiences. June has warmer weather, longer daylight hours, and lively atmosphere but more tourists and higher prices. September has milder temperatures, fewer crowds, and better deals but shorter daylight hours.

    • J

      Jennifer

      TravelerWritten March 2025

As a single person, if I want my own room, does that mean I would pay double the listed price?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten March 2025

Yes, of course, we can offer you a double room and a single room. Just for the single room you have to pay a single supplement. The single supplement will vary depending on the date you want to travel.

      Jennifer

      TravelerWritten April 2025

My sister is traveling with her adult son, if she chooses the double room, will they have two twin beds? They probably won't be comfortable in one bed.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten April 2025

Of course they can ask for a twin room without issue.
