The tour itself and the tour guides were good. The problem came about day 12 when a new group of very rude people...
The tour itself and the tour guides were good. The problem came about day 12 when a new group of very rude people joined the tour and many of them were sick without wearing masks. Additionally this was the first day we had a bus with no air conditioning and it was easily over 100 degrees in the bus. I thought I would pass out; it was so miserable. I contacted customer service but received no response. We had the same bus for several days of long travel in very hot conditions. The bus also ran out of water bottles to sell us and it was a very unsafe situation. People were fighting over the seats, as the back of the bus was much hotter than the front. We told the guide that 2 people on the bus had Covid and no one was made to wear masks. Sure enough, my son and I both got Covid and I spent the time in Portugal in bed and completely missed that part of the tour (which I was most looking forward to.) I managed to avoid Covid for 6 years, and your bus finally managed to give it to me. I can’t tell you how disappointing these events were to me. This was my one vacation and I saved up for a long time to pay for it, so spending a good chunk of it being sick and ridiculously uncomfortable on the bus was especially painful.Show more

Started out badly. We were emailed with directions for pick up time which didn’t happen in spite of the fact we waited at the agreed location for more than an hour earlier & an hour later than agreed pickup time. There wasn’t anyone to provide information or welcome us at the hotel either (after needing to take a taxi there). Our tour guide changed 4 times, bus & drivers 3 times throughout the journey. The old cramped bus for the Spain & Portugal tour was impossible to sit comfortably in due to the lack of space for knees (we have legalisation in our country regarding space between seats). One must sit for long periods on the bus between destinations I personally wouldn’t travel with this company again.Show more

However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your comments. According to our records, the driver was indeed present in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time and waited for you. He even attempted to reach you multiple times by phone, but was unable to locate you. After waiting and receiving no response, he had no choice but to leave. We regret that this situation occurred, especially since we always provide a specific meeting point, a waiting time, and an emergency number precisely to avoid these types of inconveniences. Unfortunately, we received no communication from your side that could have allowed us to assist you in rescheduling or resolving the matter in real time. Regarding the beginning of the tour, as indicated both at the top of the itinerary and prior to purchase, there is no welcome meeting on the first day. Instead, information is provided on a poster in the hotel lobby. Should you have had any questions, we would have been happy to assist you if contacted. As for the buses, please note that all our vehicles meet the legal size and safety standards established in Europe. We understand that long journeys can be tiring, and we are sorry if you found the seating uncomfortable. However, everything provided was in accordance with the service contracted. We sincerely regret that your experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been and appreciate your feedback, which will be shared with the relevant departments for review. Enjoyed the whole experience. Several things need improvement. You need to offer Versalles entrance as an option. Everyone wanted to go in. It was sold out and we were told we should have bought our tickets ahead, but no one could tell us when we would be there or for how long, till we got there. Everyone wanted more time in Peniscola. A recommendation to come a day early or stay a day later to catch The Lourve or Prago. Nobody liked the Paris hotel. Bad neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful tour and trip.Show more

  I will be reaching Barcelona on Dec 29th night and leaving from Barcelona on Jan 10th. I have very little flexibility as I will be traveling to Asia from Barcelona. I have some flexibility of changing from Barcelona to Madrid but always from the same airport.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
