We would like to kindly clarify that the initial information, as indicated in the itinerary, is provided through posters placed at the hotel receptions, which are clearly visible for all passengers. Also, please note that there is no meet and greet with a guide on the first day of the trip, which is standard for our tours. Regarding dietary needs, Europamundo always does its best to communicate these requirements to hotels and restaurants in advance. However, once the guests are at the local restaurants, we unfortunately have limited control over their internal operations. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your understanding that this is something beyond our direct influence.   Overall a nice experience, with Lorenzo as a great and entertaining guide. However, somdtimes at intermediate stops there were too few toilets, so some passengers could not enjoyvthe scenery. Also, on a few days with long distances covered, arriving late prevented adequate exploring of the destination (and getting dark by then).Show more

  Very good introductory tour to Denmark, Norway & Sweden! The hotels were all outstanding, the guides excellent. Difficult to confirm information with the agency itself. They did not want to reveal starting & ending points of the tour for some reason, which made it difficult to plan travel. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!Show more

  The tour arrangements were excellent and the hotel stays were comfortable with a hearty breakfast spread. However we were very very disappointed with the tour guide as there was very little information shared and most of it was in Spanish and Portuguese. We have travelled the world on many different tour companies and the information we got from the tour guides was in abundance. Our tour guide was reading off a script and had no additional information to give out. Going forward we will not be travelling on Europamundo as this is not meant for non-Spanish passengers. The level of our tour guide was poor and the idea of going on a tour is to get knowledge from the guides which was miniscule. Also the time given in Oslo was very less and we were rushed to get out of there after an all day drive to get there. Lastly, we are strictly non-smokers and this tour guide was stinking of smoke every time we were in proximity. Not happy at all as we seek professionalism from the tours and expect our money's worth.Show more

  Overall trip was good. I didn’t realize how tiring it was going to be to wake up early everyday with our luggage to move to the next spot. Also, take into account that the bus rides are long and take all day to get to the next destination. I also wish that more local food options were given throughout the travel time from one city to the other. Other than that, our tour guides were excellent! They spoke multiple languages and were easy to communicate with. The rides through the cities and the ferry boats helped capture the scenery of these beautiful countries.Show more
