The first day was not to our liking. Our nephew's flight was delayed and cancelled due to weather. We asked if he could be picked up later and was told it would cost 244 Euros to help us out! The hotel we were staying in was kind enough to offer to do that. 244 Euros was an out outrageous amount to charge help a client out! Also the stop in Gubbio was a waste of time. Other than that, out guides were good.Show more

  Could you suggest if we could take any day trips to any other scenic and iconic places and fit them with the list of destinations? Could your company include complimentary bottled water throughout the trip and provide a suitably sized vehicle that can comfortably fit all our suitcases, with enough space for us to sit apart and relax?

  From the destinations you mentioned, Positano and Isola Bella are not included in these itineraries. However, during free time, you may choose to visit additional places on your own and then rejoin the tour. As for complimentary bottled water, we can certainly submit the request, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed, as it is not a standard service included in the tour. Regarding transportation, these are regular group tours, which means you will travel together with other passengers. If you would prefer a private tour exclusively for your group of five travelers, this may also be possible.

However, please keep in mind that the tour package already includes hotel accommodation, so there is no automatic price reduction if you decide not to use the hotels provided by Europamundo. The package is sold as a complete package with the included hotels and services. Additionally, since the tour stays in different cities and hotels throughout the itinerary, if you choose different hotels, you would be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation between your chosen hotel and the hotel where the group is staying each day.
