  I enjoyed this tour, however wished the groups were smaller. The Lisbon, Granada, and Seville were all wonderful with good accommodations not very far from sites. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only place I we had poor breakfast was Grande Hotel. The guides like Fransico and Amar were fun and knowledgeable. The tour offers have plenty of local guides and activities included in the price. I would recommend this tour.Show more

  It was good and comprehensive! Guides were great and helpful! A lot was was packed in... and it worked! Most of the hotels were great choices! Nice surprises too! Only comment is, if during holidays, options to open restaurants should be provided in the city we're in for that night; i.e. New Year's Eve and Day.Show more

  The sites, scenery, history & religion were brilliant. The days are long & up early & go go go. But you see a lot. Plenty of free time, hotel are good. Food in Spain & Portugal is average but no fault of Tour Radar of course. The guides are well informed and organised, this is a strange operation where each day can be a different bus with different guides or with different passengers, it is an every revolving bus tour. Julia and Pedro from Spain were by far the best guides.Show more

  Tour group size too large. Guides were not very good as a whole . Always changing , English and Spanish , English was so fast and hard to follow as was mainly geared to Spanish speaking. Sights and cities were amazing. Hotels good except one. Not much help with luggage and one day had to walk several blocks with luggage on poor pavement to bus.Show more

All our guides hold an English certificate of B2 (Upper intermediate) to ensure their fluency and to make sure they can readily communicate with passengers and express themselves. If a passenger is not satisfied with the services provided by the guide, as instructed on your voucher sent to you by your travel agency, you should have reached out to our 24/7 support lines (WhatsApp-Hotline). Unfortunately, we did not receive any communications from your end to act upon your complaint and address your concerns.   Tour was good. Overall hotels were good to excellent selection. Guides were good. Breaks Timed well. Stopovers for breaks were also planned well. My only complain is too many people joining and leaving on daily basis. Multiple dropping of people delays both in evening and Mornings, it adds up to fatigue as it is tiring and long day of travel, We signed up for English but it was always bilingual which make you listen two languages instruction and guide details all the times.Show more
